Hello Guys ,Today i am making this beautiful Turmeric Chicken Pulao Rice.This is so simple to make with just few ingredients you find in your kitchen super moist and crispy chicken with this yellow and fragrant rice.loaded with antiviral,anti fungal,antibody properties in the turmeric not only healthy but also delicious when added to anything from rice to drinks. this rice recipe can be served with simple raita .tRy the recipe and let me know what you think about the turmeric chicken pulao .

Ingredients :
4 tbsp coriander stems
4 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lime or lemon juice
Marinate chicken :
1 Pound chicken thighs with skin
1.5 tbsp curry powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
4 tbsp yogurt
Frying Chicken:
1/4 cup oil
Cooking rice :
4 Tbsp oil (Oil from fried chicken)
1.5 cups basmati rice
1 small onion finely chopped
1 large tomato finely chopped
3 cups water
Reserved marinade
1/2 inch cinnamon sticks
3 cardamom pods
1 star anise
2 bay leaves
Salt for seasoning
1 red chili chopped finely and seeded ( you can use green if you like)
1 tbsp Cilantro or parsley for garnish

Chicken Shahi Rolls Recipe | Chicken Cheese Rolls By Cook With Nancy
Today I will show you guys how to make chicken shahi rolls/shadiyowale chicken cheese rolls muslim style.This Shahi Rolls filled with cheese will be served in wedding if you ever wondered how was this made it is here for you easy way.so simple to make easy to roll and you can make this with choice of meat like mutton,beef,chicken,turkey or even lamb.
there are the tricks i shared in the video how easy it is to roll the meat along with the cheese so don't get intimidated to try this. its is most delicious recipe you will ever taste.
Ingredients :
1 lbs Ground chicken
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup mint leaves
green chili as per taste
1 tsp white and black pepper
1.5 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
salt as needed
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 tbs melted ghee or butter
2 large beaten eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
yellow or white cheese as per rolls (I used american cheese)
1/4 cup oil for frying add more if needed.
parsley for garnish(optional)

Chicken Salad Chick’s famous Fancy Nancy–but make it vegan.
That's right. We unclucked the most chicken-y of chicken dishes: Chicken Salad Chick's famous Fancy Nancy. Raise your hand if you wanna see Daring on that menu.

Ingredients:
1 8oz pouch Daring Original Plant Chicken
2 TBSP Veganaise
¼ tsp vegan ranch seasoning
¼ cup fuji or honey crisp apples, chopped
¼ cup red seedless grapes, cut into ¼ths
¼ cup chopped celery
2 TBSP chopped pecans
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Method:
1. Cook Daring according to pouch instructions.
2. Shred cooked Daring pieces using two forks.
3. In a medium bowl, mix the celery, dry ranch seasoning, Veganaise, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Add the shredded Daring and mix until well combined.
5. Add in the grapes, chopped apples, and pecans. Mix until well combined.
6. Serve on a vegan croissant for the ultimate Chicken Salad Chick experience. Enjoy!
