Boneless chicken breast Bacon Dried beef strips 8 oz. sour cream Cream of celery soup Water Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cut bacon strips into three peices and wrap chicken breast. Line large casserole or pan with dried beef strips.(at least 1 strip per chicken breast). Place chicken breast on top of beef. Add a little water and bake about 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Mix together sour cream and cream of celery soup and pour over the chicken and return to oven for an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Good served with rice. 1 chicken breast=1 serving.

Bacon-Wrapped BBQ Chicken recipe (from Carrie Elle recipe club):
1 bottle of BBQ sauce (12-16 oz) 4 chicken breasts 1 onion, diced 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 Lemon (juice 1/2 or whole lemon) pepper (to taste) Bacon (2 slices for every chicken breast)
Wrap each chicken breast in two slices of bacon.
Put onions in the bottom of the crockpot, followed by the chicken. Then sprinkle as much pepper as you'd like and then add the lemon juice. Next pour the bottle of BBQ sauce over it all and then top with brown sugar.
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
It's great served with homemade mashed potatoes!!

Life doesn't get any better when you take a chicken thigh, season it, place stuffing in, wrap it in bacon, and place it in the oven. The outcome is simply beyond words. The procedure is so simple and the taste is divine. The great thing is all you need are some boneless, skinless chicken thighs, basic seasoning, a box of stuffing, and some bacon. Of course, a little bit of time and love helps too.
A little trick I always do is make them up the night before, cover them, and put them in the fridge. After you come home from work the next day, simply slip them into the oven, and in 45 minutes dinner is on the table. They are great severed up with some mashed, fries, and a garden salad.
My friends, this is a meal that you family and friends will go mad over.
