Place one piece between two sheets of plastic wrap then using a rolling pin or meat pounder, pound to a 1/4-inch thickness. Repeat with the remaining pieces. In a pie plate, beat
the milk and eggs together, in a second pie plate combine the flour and the seasonings together. Dip each piece of steak first into the egg mixture then into the flour mixture, coating completely. Shake gently to remove the excess flour mixture. Melt the butter in a 12-inch skillet, using medium heat, fry the steaks, two at a time, about 5 minutes on a side or until golden brown on each side. Ingredient
4 (¼ lb each) pre-tenderized steaks, preferably cube steaks
1½ cups all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
1½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cayenne
2 eggs beaten
½ cup milk
oil for frying
For Gravy:
3 tbsp pan drippings
3 tbsp all purpose flour
⅓ cup whipping cream
1¾ cups milk
salt and pepper
To serve:
2 sunny side-up eggs
¾ cup mixed vegetables of your choice
Garnish:
2 tsp chopped parsley

0:09 Use a meat mallet, rubber mallet, or rolling pin to flatten and thin out the steaks until they are less than ¼ inch thick. Season each steak with a pinch of salt.
0:21 Heat the oven to 200 degrees F.
0:22 Grease a baking sheet, and set it aside. Prepare two shallow baking dishes.

1:06 Dredge the steak in the flour mix one by one. Press each side of the steak onto the flour mix.
1:16 Shake off the excess and dip the steak in the egg wash. Finally, coat again with the flour mix & set aside. Repeat the process until all sides are well covered and coated.
1:36 In a large pan, pour oil until it reaches ¼ inches deep for frying. Heat the oil until the oil sizzles when flour is dropped into it.
1:42 Lay the prepared steak one by one into the oil and cover the steak with oil. Fry for about 2 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.

Gravy:
2:12 Turn off the heat in the pan and pour out all but 3 tablespoons of oil and fat from the pan.
2:18 Whisk in 3 tablespoons of flour and stir constantly on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture turns light brown.
2:28 Slowly add the cream and milk, whisking continuously until the desired consistency is reached.
2:41 Season the gravy with a pinch of salt and pepper. Adjust accordingly

It's so so easy and filling
Recipe
2 round steak cutlets
1 whole eggs
2 cup buttermilk
Salt snd pepper
Mix eggs and 1:2 cup milk in bowl
Season meat with salt and pepper
Bread with flour/egg milk /flour
Fry in hot oil until golden brown on each side
Remove from skillet
Drain all oil leaving 1/3 cup oil in skillet
Add 2 tablespoons flour and stir 2 minutes
Add 1 1/2 cups whole milk and cook until thickened
Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat
Pour over meat and ENJOY!!

Ingredients:
2 Cubed Steaks
2 cups self-rising flour
1-2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 egg
2 cups buttermilk * (buttermilk substitute 2 cups milk with 2 tablespoons white vinegar)
(dip steaks in buttermilk, flour, then buttermilk & flour again, then rest for 10-15 minutes)
Fry in 1 1/2 inches of oil at 350 f
Make gravy from small amount of pan oil
2-3 tablespoons oil
2-3 tablespoons flour
1-2 cups milk
Salt & pepper to taste
