egg, hard cooked, peeled, sliced

almonds, sliced, toasted

Directions:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients, except the egg, almonds and raisins, together in an ungreased 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 45 to 55 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender. Serve topped with the egg, almonds, and raisins.

Chicken Curry Casserole recipe, ingredients, directions and what you'll need and details down below!!
What I used:
2 large saucepans
9x13 glass pan (usually)
Cutting board & knife
Few small bowls
A large mixing bowl
Recipe Ingredients:
2-3 cups of white rice
2-3 cups of water
2 boxes of (Oscar Mayer Carving Board) chicken breast
2 full carrots
2-6 stalks of celery
1 white onion
1-2 cups of water
1-2 cups of (Vip) broccoli
8 (Wyler's) chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cup of (Kraft) Mayo
2 tablespoons of butter (salted Land Lakes)
1 can of (Campbell's) Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/4 heaping teaspoon of (McCormick) Curry Powder
1 bag of (Kraft) Colby & Monterey Jack shredded cheese
**These are brands that I like to use when I make this recipe. Please feel free to change them up and use what you wish to eat to make this dish taste great for you!**
*Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Cook casserole for 30 minutes!*
Directions:
Read through before beginning! (might help)
Begin with cooking the white rice in the saucepan with water. Once all done, place in 9x13 glass pan sprayed with Pam and set aside. Chop up the chicken breast finely then cook it in saucepan.(While chicken is cooking I would begin to..) Chop up all of the veggies. Carrots, celery, onion, and broccoli. (After they’re all chopped, I’d put them in my small bowls) Once done, it’s time to cook them all together with the bouillon cubes and water (leave out the broccoli until the end of cooking in the pan) Once all cooked and tender, drain out your water. (While the veggies are cooking, I would start to..) Mix together the chicken breast, cream of chicken soup, mayo, lemon juice, curry powder and butter in large mixing bowl. Then add all of the veggies to your liquid mixture. Once everything is mixed well together, place the yummy smelling food on top of your rice already placed in the pan from earlier. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top then place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes at 250 degrees!

This is one of our favorite easy Keto Dinner recipes! I wasn't sure if my kids would like it...but they LOVED it! This recipe is super basic, easy to make, flavorful and the leftovers taste fantastic too. Try this for your next Ketogenic dinner!

Recipe:
1 lb Chicken Breast, cooked and diced or shredded
4 C Broccoli or Cauliflower (raw)
3/4 C Mayo
3/4 C Sour Cream
1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons Curry Powder
1 C Shredded Cheese
1/2 C Shredded Cheese for the top
Mix all ingredients except the broccoli and chicken together. Mix in broccoli and chicken. Place in 8x8 pan and spread last 1/2 C cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

You will be amazed how you can make the most delicious chicken curry in the oven. No browning of onions required, no stirring required but all the magic will happen in that oven. Just mix some basic spices, marinate and put it in the oven and you have this most delicious chicken curry ever, ready to be served.

Ingredients required for making this easy chicken curry recipe -
* chicken - 650 gm / 1.4 lb. Bone in skinless chicken thighs or drumsticks or a combination of both.
* Onion - 1 medium to large
* Ginger - 1 inch length and thickness
* Garlic - 6 large cloves
* Tomato Paste (optional) - 1 tablespoon (can even use tomato puree)
* Plain Unflavored Yogurt (curd) - 1/2 cup. Taste your yogurt before adding. If it seems too sour then add only 1/4th cup.
* Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons. You can even use paprika if you do not get kashmiri red chili powder or a combination of paprika and cayenne pepper. Adjust the proportion according to your preference.
* Curry Powder - 2 teaspoons heaped
* Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
* Dry Bay Leaves - 2
* Freshly Ground Black Pepper
* Salt - to taste. Please keep in mind that store bought curry powders have added salt in them so add salt according to the curry powder you are using.
* Sugar - 2 teaspoons (optional). Sugar balances the sharpness coming from those bold spices.
* Raw Cashew Nuts - 8 whole or a tablespoon of broken cashews. Soak the cashews in hot water for about an hour. Of you forget soaking them then boil them in little water for 10 minutes. Remove the water before putting in the blender. Or if you have a powerful blender then don't even bother soaking them.
* Oil - 2 tablespoons
* Coriander leaves (Cilantro) - as preferred
* Water - 1 cup to start with then add depending on how much gravy you want. Remember that adding too much will dilute the flavors.
* You can even add some cream before serving.
*** Baking temperature and time - Bake in a preheated 400 degrees F/ 200 degrees C oven for 1 hour & 45 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil after 50 minutes, then bake uncovered for the rest of the time. Oven temperatures vary so please check your chicken before the above mentioned time. It may take much less time in your oven. The goal here is to cook the chicken and potatoes till they are tender and falling off the bones soft (if you like it that way) or to cook the chicken till it registers 175 - 180 degrees F in an instant read thermometer.
Serve this with hot steamed rice, chapati or naan.

This delicious chicken recipe is extremely easy to make because all you have to do is mix all the ingredients and put it in the oven and it comes out from the oven with this gorgeous thick sauce that is extremely delicious. My family insists on making this every weekend because that's how delicious it is and I don't mind making it because it is super easy.
Ingredients Required For Making Baked Garlic Chicken In Yogurt Sauce - Serves 6 to 7
* 1.2 kg/ 3 lb chicken on bones. I used only chicken thighs but you can use a combination of both thighs and drumsticks. I left the skin on as it gets browned up and flavorful after baking but you can even use skinless. I sometimes cut the thigh into half if they are too large.
* 1 cup plain unflavored yogurt. If using Greek yogurt add about a cup of chicken broth/water because it is too thick.
* 2 teaspoons kashmiri red chilli powder or 1 teaspoon regular chilli powder (please adjust proportion according to preference)
* 2 teaspoons smoked paprika (optional)
* 2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon ground coriander (dhania powder)
* 1 & 1/2 tablespoon cornflour(cornstarch)
* 1 tablespoon finely grated garlic
* 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (mixed dried herbs)
* 2 teaspoon heaped salt or as per taste
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
* 1 very large onion. Chop half of the onion very finely and slice the other half.
* 1 teaspoon dried parsley
* 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary (optional)
* little more than 1/4 th cup of oil
* 1/2 cup of hot water
Serve this with rice/bread/mashed potatoes with a salad
