How To make Chicken Breasts with Roasted Garlic Chevre Sauce
1 whole head garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups cream
2 tablespoons butter
4 ounces goat cheese, Chevre
salt and pepper
to taste 6 whole boned chicken breasts :
skinless
Brush the whole garlic head with olive oil, wrap it in foil, and bake for 2 hours in a 200 degree oven. Meanwhile, bring the cream to a simmer and reduce by half.
Let the roasted garlic cool enough to handle. Melt the butter in a skillet. Cut off the top of the garlic and squeeze the soft cloves out into the skillet. Cook slowly, stirring, until the garlic combines with the butter into a smooth paste. Add the reduced cream and goat cheese and simmer until smooth. Season with salt and white pepper.
Grill, bake, or saute the chicken breasts until they just spring back when pressed with a fingertip. Serve with the garlic sauce.
Notes: I first ate roasted garlic in Italy, and my life has never been the same. A roasted head of garlic can be combined with a multitude of things, each on tasting better than the next. It goes wonderfully with cheese, not just the goat cheese here but also Brie and other varieties. This sauce is just as good with pasta as it is over chicken breasts.

Spinach cream cheese Stuffed chicken breast
These chicken breasts are stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatos season to perfection, seared on both sides then into the oven they went to finish cooking. I served them on a bed of roasted vegetables, so delicious the perfect meal.
——ingredients——
-5 chicken breasts sliced down the middle to make a pocket
-3 tablespoon olive oil
-1/2 tablespoon salt
-1/2 tablespoon paprika
-1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
-1/2 tablespoon onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
——Season the chicken ⬆️ with all those spices inside and out

——filling——
-1 pound of spinach
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 Block of cream cheese 8oz
-1/2 cup of sun dried tomatos chopped
-1 cup of mozzarella cheese
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
:
1️⃣ Sauté the garlic and spinach first
2️⃣Mix the spinach with the rest of the ingredients, then stuff the chicken breasts with it, Secure with toothpicks
3️⃣Sear the chicken breasts on high heat for 2 minutes per side then into the oven they go at 400° for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
:
——roasted vegetables——
-1 pound of green beans
-8oz of mushrooms
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
——put everything ⬆️ together give it a good mix and into the oven they go at 400° for 25 minutes.

Stuffed Chicken Breast with Spinach and Goat Cheese
A simple stuffed chicken breast with spinach, goat cheese and walnuts. As a side I made shiitake, and baby bella mushrooms using the remaining sauce as a gravy.

Arrabbiata Garlic Chicken with Potatoes
Chicken breast with garlic, chili in a tomato sauce. This recipe also has the addition of potato so it’s a complete meal. You could also add chopped spinach for additional greens.
Arrabbiata translates to Angry, that’s because of the chili factor as it’s meant to be a hot spicy sauce. If you make it a day in advance, and then reheat it, it will taste even better or make extra and have a great meal the following day. The flavours seem to intensify overnight.
I also added cheese to this sauce, to bring it up a level, you can also use Parmesan cheese for this recipe, but I prefer Pecorino for this, it just gives it that little extra yumminess. Either way, I’m sure you’ll love those intense flavours. Enjoy my Arrabbiata Garlic Chicken with Potatoes.

This creamy Tuscan chicken recipe is a dinner recipe winner! Juicy chicken breasts are seasoned with Italian spices and seared until golden, then simmered in the most luxurious cream sauce filled with parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, onions and plenty of spinach.
It’s a spin on a classic Italian Florentine sauce, which is made from white wine, cream, and spinach. Then it was given a Tuscan twist by adding garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the warm cream and spinach base. But what really popularized this dish (at least in America) was Olive Garden’s Tuscan Garlic Chicken, a dish with a similar flavor profile.
Either way, I’m glad this Tuscan chicken became a trend because it’s literally the best thing ever. Especially when you’re craving something rich and cheesy, with a Mediterranean flair. It's an (almost) 30-minute, one-pan meal that I know you're gonna love. 5 Chicken Breast (Skin On)
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp All-Purpose Seasoning
1/2 Ground Thyme
1/2 Tsp Dried Basil Leaves
1/2 Tsp Rosemary Leaves
1 Tsp Chives
4 Bay Leaves
1/2 Tsp Lemon & Pepper
HONEY GARLIC SAUCE;
4 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Onion (Chopped)
6 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/8 Cup Polynesian-Style BBQ Sauce
1 Tsp Corn Starch

ingredients:

1 spoonful of mayonnaise
