1 pk Yeast
1/4 ts Sugar
1/4 ts Ginger
2 1/4 c Flour, bread
1/2 c Flour, wheat
2 tb Gluten
1 1/4 c Instant stuffing mix
1 tb Onion, dried, minced
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
1/3 c Celery, fresh; 1/4" pieces
1/4 c Mushrooms, canned, drained
1 Egg
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Chicken broth
1/3 c Water
3/4 c Chicken breast;cooked& diced
Heat chicken broth and water together. Place all ingredients except chicken in pan in the order listed. Select white bread setting and press "Start". Add chicken at the "beep", just before the end of final kneading.

How to make the crunchiest and tastiest Layered Chicken Empanada.
Here's what you'll need:
CHICKEN FILLING:
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp onion (minced)
2 tbsp garlic (minced)
400 grams chicken breast, cut into small cubes
1 tsp 5 spice powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup diced potato
1 small bell pepper(cubed)
1 cup water (250ml)
DOUGH 1:
2 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (312g)
1 tbsp sugar (15g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1/3 cup oil (80ml)
2/3 cups cold water (160ml)
DOUGH 2:
1 cup all purpose flour (125g)
1/3 cup softened butter (70g)
1 liter sunflower or canola oil for frying
▪You can bake this at 350°F/180°C for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown depending on your oven's specification.

I got in the kitchen on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and then everyone got sick. Join me for some cozy country cooking.
Pioneer Woman Sloppy Joes
Soft Hamburger Buns
1-1/4 cups milk (70° to 80°)
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3-3/4 cups bread flour
1-1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
Place all ingredients in bread machine. Set to dough cycle. Turn out; punch down. Shape into 18 hamburger buns. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. These are so good. You may brush the tops with butter before baking if you'd like.

Chicken and Stuffing casserole
Fill bottom of 9x13 pan with cooked chicken. Mix together 1 can cream of chick with 1 can water. Pour over chicken. Mix 1 stick melted butter with 1 big box of seasoned stuffing mix. I made my own. Stir in 1 cup boiling water. Spread over chicken and soup layers. Bake at 350 until hot, bubbly, and slightly brown on top. This was delicious!!

BAKED SIOPAO | MEAT BUNS
SIOPAO ASADO
-a popular Filipino soft bread rolls/buns filled with sweet & savory meat (chicken/pork/beef) and served with sweet sauce. It is traditionally cooked by steaming but have it’s baked version too which is also known as toasted siopao.
✔️Dough
1 cup lukewarm water [240 ml]
2 tsp [6 grams] instant yeast
1/4 cup [50 grams] sugar
1/4 cup [30 grams] milk powder
1/4 cup [60 ml] veg. oil
3 cups all purpose flour [384 grams]
1/2 tsp salt
✔️Asado Filling
400 grams boiled & shredded chicken meat (or pork)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/2 cup [100 grams] brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 cup [30 ml] oyster sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce [60 ml]
1 cup [240 ml] water
2 tbsp cornstarch (dilluted in water)
3 pcs. small star anise
*cheese (optional)
✔️Sauce
1 & 1/4 cups [300 ml] water
1/4 cup [60 ml] soy sauce
1/2 cup [100 grams] brown sugar
1/4 tsp black ground pepper
2 pieces star anise
2 tbsp cornstarch (dilluted in water)
✴️Bake @ 180C for 20-30 mins. or until golden brown.
✴️The same recipe can be steamed too. Steam for 15-20 mins @ medium heat.
