How To make Cheesy Pepper &Amp; Mushroom Pizza
1 1/2 c Flour (or a little less)
1/2 ts Sugar
3/4 c Lo-fat Cottage cheese,draine
Egg 1 ts Dried Basil, crushed
Med Green / Sweet Red Pepper 1 c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese *
1 pk Active dry Yeast
1 ts Cooking oil
1 tb Cornmeal
2 tb Grated Parmesan Cheese
Clove Garlic, minced 1 c Sliced fresh Mushrooms
* part-skim For crust, mix 3/4 cup of the flour, the yeast, sugar, and 1/4 t salt. Add oil and 1/2 cup warm water (120-130 deg). Beat with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping the bowl. Beat on high speed 3
minutes. Stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can. Then, knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (5 minutes total). Shape into a ball. Place in a greased bowl; turn once. Cover; let rise in a warm place till double (about 30 minutes). Punch down. Cover; let rest 10 minutes.
On a floured surface roll dough into a 14" circle. Place on a pizza pan sprayed with Pam and sprinkled with the cornmeal. Build up edges slightly. Bake crust in 425 deg F oven about 10 minutes or lightly browned. In a blender combine cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic, and 1/8 t pepper. Cover; blend till smooth. Spread over hot crust. Cut green pepper into rings. Place atop pizza with mushrooms. Sprinkle with Mozzarella. Mushroom Pizza Recipe | Pepperoni Pizza
This is a very basic pizza recipe. And this combination of mushrooms and pepperoni is one of my favourites. Make sure you don't spread the tomato sauce in the corners of the pizza crust! You can also use this pizza base (pizza crust) recipe for traditional turkish pizza with ground meat for mushroom pizza we used dry yeast but other kind of yeasts are also ok. Adding garlic to the tomato sauce is optional! We used sheredded mozerella cheese but you can use any kind of cheese! Mix the dry ingredients, flour,yeast, salt and sugar Start kneading as you slowly add warm water Add the olive oil Cover it and leave to stand at room tempature for around an hour to rise Transfer your pizza base on an oven tray Mix grated tomato with tomato paste and dry (or fresh) basil Spread it with the back of a spoon Sprinkle ¾ of the the shredded mozzarella on the sauce Bake for approx. 25 to 30 degrees on 200C (400F) pre-heated oven Sprinkle rest of the shredded mozerella, and put it back to oven for a few more mins

The Best Pizza Dough - Mushroom Pizza and White Garlic Pizza Sauce
In this video i show you how the best mushroom pizza looks like. Chewy and bubbly dough, flavorful white garlic pizza sauce and delicious caramelized onion, mushroom topping. I highly recommend to make it and enjoy!

Dough: (for 2 medium size pizzas)
325g (2½ cup) – all-purpose flour
2g (¾ tsp) – instant yeast or active dry yeast
12g (1 tbsp) – sugar
8g (1 tsp) – salt
235ml (1 cup) – water (room temperature)
25g (2 tbsp) – olive oil
This dough is enough for 2 medium size pizzas. If you want bake one pizza next day place the dough ball in an air-tight container and place it in the fridge. Next day take the dough out of the fridge at least 90 minutes before you’re planning to bake pizza.
Pizza sauce: (for 2 medium size pizza)
110g (1/2 cup) – cream cheese
5-6 tbsp – milk
2 medium cloves garlic
⅓ tsp – salt
black pepper – to your taste
⅓ tsp – dried oregano or basil – optional
Mushroom topping: (for 1 medium size pizza)
230gr (½ lb, or about 2⅓ cup ) – mushroom (sliced)
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 tbsp – sugar
130g – cheese (Mozzarella or any of your favorite cheese)
1 tbsp – fresh parsley (finely chopped)
½ tbsp – butter
1 tbsp – olive oil + extra for drizzling
⅓ tsp – salt (or to taste)
¼ tsp – black pepper (or to taste)
