Baked Butter Beans In Tomato Sauce and Cheese
When it comes to cheese, beans, and tomato sauce, you can count me in. This dish is so easy to make and your family and friends will love you for it.
Now you can make this in only one pot but I used two for I wanted it in a nicer dish to sever to my friends and in the pot, it would not look so appealing.
Try this with different cheeses that are firm, mild, and have a low melting point for you do not want the cheese to disappear into the sauce but stay on top. Also, try it with different types of beans, the choices are really endless.

Ingredients
Halloumi cheese or any type of mild hard cheese with a low melting point. sliced thin (1/4 inch).
32oz / 2 cans - Tomatoes peeled and chopped. 32oz / 2 cans - Butter beans canned or fresh ( soaked and boiled first). 1/2 Can - Chuck peas.
1 tbsp. - Olive oil 1 med. - Chopped onion 4 to 6 each - Garlic cloves, minced 1 to 2 tsp. - Hot chili flakes 1 to 2 tbsp. - Smoked paprika 1 tsp. - Dried oregano 1 tsp. - Ground cumin 1/2 tsp. - Brown sugar 1 tbsp. - Tomato paste 1 tbsp. - White/red vinegar or wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings - Chopped parsley Options - White or red kidney beans instead of above.

Hello lovely people. This is Raven Frost and I am back after a long long time. Today we are going to make Cheesy Beans, a healthy substitute for pasta. It tastes just like Alfredo pasta but it is so much healthier. This is a healthy way to have your kid eat vegetables.
RECIPE Ingredients - Green beans Carrot Tomato Onion Garlic Cheese Salt Black Pepper
Recipe - 1. Finely chop all the vegetables. 2. Heat some oil in a pan. Saute onion and garlic. 3. When it turns golden brown, add carrot and beans. Put 1 cup water and let it cook for 5 minutes. 4. Add tomatoes, salt, black pepper and let it cook for another 2 minutes. 5. Now vegetables are cooked properly. Add cheese according to your liking and mix it well. 6. Serve hot.
Note - You can add other vegetables like Corn, Broccoli and make it even more healthy and tasty.
