How To make Cheddar Fans
5 oz Cheddar; Sharp, Grated 1/2 c Butter Or Shortening
2 c Unbleached Flour; Sifted 1/2 c Milk
1 tb Baking Powder 1 x Butter; Softened
1 ts Salt 1 x Butter; Melted
Grease the bottoms of 12 muffin pan cups. Grate the cheese into a bowl, if not already grated and set aside. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Cut in the shortening with a pastry blender or two knives, until the mixture resembles coarse corn meal. Make a well in the center of the mixture and add the milk all at once. Stir with a fork until the dough forms a ball. Gently form the dough into a ball and put on a lightly floured surface. Knead it lightly with the fingertips 10 or 15 times. Roll the dough into a 12 X 10-inch rectangle about 1/4-inch
thick. Cut into 5 strips and spread with the softened butter. Sprinkle four strips with the grated cheddar cheese and stack the four on top of one another and top with the fifth strip. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place on end in the muffin cups. Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Serve hot with butter. Makes 1 dozen Cheddar Fans. -----

I recently saw a video of @MerleONeal trying the potato cheese from @HalleBurns and I knew I had to try it, but after watching I spotted a few things that I figured I would change anyways so here it is, same as normal, me taking a very simple and probably great recipe and making it more complicated with more ingredients, but ending up with something in the end that tastes a little more like the thing I want it to, real cheese.
This is a vegan sharp cheddar cheese replacement that you are going to want to try... if you have all the ingredients haha
P.S. I lost my voice when I filmed and edited this video... so its going to be a fun one to listen to audibly haha

Homemade Broccoli Cheese Soup is the ultimate comfort food. This is lighter than most but just as creamy! Our version of Panera Broccoli and Cheese Soup.

►2 Tbsp butter
►1 cup onion, finely diced (1 medium onion)

►1 tsp garlic powder
►1 tsp Salt, or to taste

Bisquick Cheddar Garlic Biscuits
BISQUICK CHEDDAR GARLIC BISCUITS
This biscuits are very comparable to Red Lobsters and really only take a few minutes to make!
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Topping:
2 Tbsp. salted butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
In a small bowl add the Bisquick, milk, garlic powder and cheese. Mix until well combined.
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper. Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, I used a small ice cream scoop. Makes about 9 biscuits.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Melt the butter and add the garlic powder to it. Brush the garlic butter over the warm biscuits. Best if served immediately.
