Homemade Apple Cider Vinegar is easy to make using whole apples or apple scraps. Whole apples will produce a slightly richer tasting vinegar, but both produce a quality product.
When you get ready to make a second batch of apple cider vinegar, save a bit of your original batch and add it to the second batch to help kickstart the growth of the yeast and good bacteria.
