What Up What Up What Up!!!!!!! On this episode me and Pryme stop by Charlie's Roast Pork in Philadelphia. They are known for their Roast Pork sandwiches, cheese steaks etc. I tried The Charlie Special which is Roast pork, broccoli rabe, long hots and aged sharp provolone cheese. Pryme had the Veggie Special sandwich.

4 pounds of fresh ground chuck roast 1 whole onion 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon cilantro 1 large egg 1 cup Italian bread crumbs 1 cup Italian dressing
put all in a large bowl and mix together, cover bowl with plastic wrap refrigerate for 1 hour, take out and make patties press thumb in center of patties to help from shrinking on the grill, put back in fridge for 1 hour. Start you BBQ and enjoy. Hope you all try this they were amazing !!!!
