How To make Challah Almost Like Aunt Leah's
5 ts Yeast, dry
2 c Potato water
3/4 c Sugar
2 ts Salt
3 Egg
7 c Flour; (adjust as needed)
1/2 c Oil
Dissolve yeast in potato water. Add sugar, and let stand five minutes. Add salt and beaten eggs. Stir in four cups of the flour. Add oil, stirring while adding. Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough that forms a ball and is not sticky. Put dough on a floured board. Cover with a towel and let rest 10 minutes. Knead 10 minutes. Put in a greased bowl, and let rise until it doubles (about one hour). Punch down. Braid to form two loaves and place on cookie sheets. Let rise again, approximately 50 minutes. Use a pastry brush to gently coat with a glaze made of a beaten egg and a few drops of water. Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees until well done (approximately 45 to 50 minutes).

Today I'm sharing with you a recipe for The pretzel corners they are super fluffy and simply taste wonderful, whether with Cream Cheese or just with jam. Those who love pretzels will be delighted.
The ingredients:
490g flour universal
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Yeast, dry
250ml warm milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp yogurt
2 egg yolks
Add some oil in a bowl and put the dough for 1 hour rise.
Cut the dough into 8 balls, than roll and brush them with melted butter.
Baking soda water:
100ml water
30g baking soda
sprinkle them with sesame seeds and black cumin seeds
on preheat the oven to 200° C and bake them for 20-25 min

2 صفار بيض
أضف بعض الزيت في وعاء وضع العجينة لمدة ساعة حتى تختمر, ثم قسمها إلى 8 كرات ر رقها وادهنها بالزبدة المذابة
ماء الكربونات:
100 مل ماء
30 غ صودا الخبز (كربونات)
نرش عليها بذور السمسم وبذور الكمون الأسود
يُحمّى الفرن على درجة حرارة 200 مئوية وتخبز العجينة لمدة 20-25 دقيقة
