How To make Caramel Crunch Fudge Cake
1/2 c Margarine
2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
1 c Water
1 c Oats
1 c Sugar
1 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
1/2 c Chocolate flavored syrup
1/2 c Kahlua liqueur
Or 1/2 cup cold coffee 1 ts Vanilla
3 Eggs
1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
topping:
1/3 c Margarine
1/4 c Whipping cream
3/4 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
1/2 c Nuts; coarsely chopped
Heat oven to 350~. Grease 13x9" pan. In large saucepan, melt margarine and chocolate. Add water; bring to a boil. Stir in oats, sugar, brown sugar, chocolate syrup, liquerr, vanilla and eggs; mix well. Stir flour baking soda and salt into chocolate mixture, mixing well. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350~ for 25-30 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. As soon as cake is removed from oven, in small saucepan, combine all topping ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour over hot cake. Broil 4-6" from heat for about 2 minutes or until topping is bubbly and lightly browned. -----

Salt - 1 pinch
Milk - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
For Homemade Caramel Sauce
Sugar - 1/2 cup (100 gm)
Butter - 1/4 cup (50 gm) Salted or unsalted
Salt - 2 pinch (only if you are using unsalted butter )
Cream - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
For Cream :
Cream - 1 cup (200 ml)
Walnuts and choco chips for garnishing

caramel crunch recipe:-
sugar- 50 gms (granulated sugar)
Method:-
*greesed with oil or butter any flat surface dish or plate
*heat the pan on medium flame (use heavy bottom pan)
*cook on low flame & spread evenly
*cook on low flame until sugar melts & it turns light golden color
*don't stir with spoon or spatula during sugar melts
*just shake your pan
*when sugar turns light golden color
*keep stirring continuously until sugar melts properly
*remove the pan from the heat & transfer it greesed oil plate & spread evenly & set aside until it's completely cool down
*After it's cool down
*Crushed or pieces of this caramel & make a caramel crunch

Ingredients:
Caramel crunch:
sugar 250 grams ( 1 1/4 cup)
water 150 grams ( 1/3 cup)
corn syrup 50 grams ( 1 1/2 tbsp)
baking soda 8 grams ( 1/2 tbsp)
Vanilla Chiffon Cake: (I used two 6x4 round pan) this recipe can make 4 layer tall.
yolks 5 large ( 105 grams)
sugar 1/3 cup ( 75 grams)
oil 50 grams ( 1/4 cup)
vanilla 1 tsp
water 75 grams ( 1/3 cup)
cake flour 1 cup (130 grams + 1/8 cup all purpose flour 20 grams)
salt 1/4 tsp ,baking powder 1 tsp
eggwhite 4 large (150 grams) 2/3 cup
cream of tartar 1/4 tsp
sugar 80 grams (1/3 cup)
Whipped cream icing:
heavy or whipping cream 2 cups (use 30% fats)
powder sugar 50 grams ( 1/2 cup)
Note: place the bow and whisk attachment in the fridge for atleast 1 hour before
using it for best result.
Note: chill the cake for atleast 35 milk before serving.
Oven temperature: 160°c
baking time: 35 to 40 minutes ( depending on your oven)
