How To make Capelli D'Angelo with Thai Chicken
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken
-breasts, cubed 1 cn Chicken broth (10 oz.)
2 tb Liquid honey
1 tb Soy sauce
1/4 c Peanut butter
1 tb Corn starch
1 ts Ground ginger
1 Green onions, sliced
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 Red pepper, cut into
-julienne strips 1 pk (375 g) Catelli Capelli
-d'Angelo In skillet, heat oil; saute chicken until golden. Remove chicken; set aside and keep warm. In clean skillet, combine broth, honey, and soy sauce; whisk in peanut butter, corn starch and ginger. Add green onions and garlic; cook stirring constantly, over low heat until blended and smooth. Add red pepper and reserved chicken; cook and stir until just bubbly and thickened. Cook Capelli d'Angelo according to package directions. Spoon chicken mixture over Capelli d'Angelo and serve topped with parsley. Makes 6 servings.

Chicken lo mien. With angel hair spaghetti noodles.
I really enjoy noodles, particularly a noodle dish known as lo mien. However, I did not cook much noodles at home, because I seldom have the Cantonese egg noodles on hand to cook this dish. It all changed, when my friend suggested that I try pasta noodles, which are available in every supermarket. I was surprised by how well it works with some minor changes in how I boil these noodles. This is a good example of flexibility and adaptability of template-based cooking. By understanding the principles and concepts of the template, it is easy to make adjustments to reach the primary targets of the template, Consequently, making adjustments to ingredient availability and taste preferences are simple and straightforward. This lo mien dish is a demonstration of the four attributes of my FAST cooking system: flavor chasing, advanced prepping, stir-frying, and template-based cooking.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pouch of Palmini Angel Hair
- 4 Italian chicken sausages sliced
- ~1 cup sliced baby portabella mushrooms
- 1/2 of a red onion sliced
- 1/2 of a red bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 of a yellow bell pepper sliced
- ~3-4 tbsp of minced garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- ~2 tbsp of butter
- Salt & pepper
- ~3-4 tbsp chopped parsley
- ~Fresh grated parmesan
Note: Measurements are estimated. Adjust ingredients to your liking.
DIRECTIONS
1. Add the veggies to a large skillet over medium heat with a good drizzle of olive oil. Let them cook down for 4-6 minutes mixing every couple minutes then season and add in the minced garlic. Give a good mix then look for another few minutes.
3. Next, push the veggies to the side and drizzle in a bit more olive oil then add in the chicken sausage. Let it crisp for a few minutes then mix together with the veggies, lower the heat and add in the butter.
4. Rinse and strain the Palmini Angel Hair then add that to the pan. Mix and combine. Drizzle in a little bit more olive oil and fresh sprinkle in some chopped parsley. Combine and let cook for 4-5 minutes mixing frequently.
5. Taste and adjust accordingly. Add more seasonings, butter or olive oil if needed.
6. Plate it up. Grate some fresh parm on top, garnish with parsley and ENJOY! ????????
