Rainbow Ice Cream Bread
So simple to make and you only need 2 ingredients to make it. This desert bread tastes fantastic and looks just as good as it tastes.

Ingredients:
170ml of ice cream for each layer 130ml of self raising flour for each layer
I tried to use blueberry sauce as the natural food colouring to make this viral tiktok cloud bread, however, it still turns out to be a white cloud bread and the it is not fluffy at all！ I think I took it out of oven to quickly and didn't let it cool down gradually. I tried again straight away and made a rainbow coloured cloud bread this time. It turns out to be so fluffy and colourful, it made our family really happy!
ps I made the cloud bread without cornstarch as it ran out. I replaced it with sweet potato starch and it turns out to be fine. I think you can use any cooking starch or even flour to replace the corn starch.
Ingredients: Egg whites: 3 Coconut Sugar : 20g ( more if you want it sweeter) Sweet potato starch: 10g Food colouring
