How To make California Fig Coconut Balls
3/4 c California dried figs
3/4 c Shredded coconut
1/2 c Nut meats
1 ts Grated lemon rind
1 ts Lemon juice
Steam figs. With scissors, clip off stems, and grind or chop fine. Grind coconut and nut meats, then combine all ingredients and work to a paste. Add more lemon juice if necessary. Shape mixture into little balls about 3/4 inch in diameter, and roll in finely chopped coconut.

HEALTHY SNACK RECIPE | Bliss Balls Making♡ Dates, Almonds, Cacao, Coconut, Prunes
My first recipe video for Bliss balls! Bliss balls have high nutritions with dates, almonds, cacao, and dried fruits. High protein & vitamin but also low cholesterol!!
You can add / swap ingredients with your favorite one to play with.
First few minutes are the footage of getting ingredients at Saturday farmers market, also having brunch.

Ingredients (for 15-20 Bliss balls / depends on how big you’ll roll the ball)
-Organic dates 13-15
-Organic raw almonds 1 Cup
-Organic oats 1 Cup (quick oats is fine)
-Cacao powder 2 Tbs (Unsweetened, raw cacao powder would be good)
-Almond butter 2 Tbs (Unsweetened. I used crunchy one.)
-Prunes 5
-Vanilla extract
-Almond milk

Fig Energy Bar | 3 ingredients-10 mins | No Baking, No Flour, No Sugar | Cookie
Fig Energy Bar with only 3 simple ingredients in 10 minutes!
No Baking, No Flour, No Sugar | Fig Bar | Energy Bar | Fig Cookie | Cookie
Ingredients:
• Dried Figs - 1.5 cups
• Walnut - 1 cup
• Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Cut fig into small pieces.
2. Process it into a blender until it turns into a smooth dough.
3. Transfer it to a bowl.
4. Coarse grind the walnuts.
5. Add the walnuts to the fig mixture.
6. To it add cocoa powder.
7. Combine well and make a dough.
8. Take any mold according to the thickness of the bars you prefer.
9. Line it with the parchment paper.
10. Place the mixture in the bowl and press well using hands.
11. Next use a spoon to spread uniformly.
12. Cover with cling wrap.
13. Chill it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
14. After 2 hours peel off the parchment paper & cling wrap.
15. Cut into bars or squares.

Energy Bites | Healthy Ladoo | No Bake Recipe
Have you ever tried energy bites before? We love these little energy bites because they are easy to make (no-bake) and you can even shape them into energy bars if you like. They make great snacks for the kids and we enjoy them with our morning tea. Soo yummy and a healthier option to ladoos!

1 cup mixed unsalted dried nuts
1/3 cup raw cashews
12 dried figs
20 medjool dates
1/4 cup of chia seeds
oil (we used ghee) to oil hands when mixing
???? Directions:
1. Toast mix nuts on low heat for about 5 minutes. And then setting aside to cool.
2. Pit dates and remove steam (tips) off dried figs.
3. Add dates and figs into blender and slowly pulse into paste like consistency.
4. Once cooled crush nuts into small pieces. Use a blender if you have one or use a mortar and pestle.
5. To crushed nuts add chia seeds and mix.
6. Add date/fig paste into bowl and mix everything until well combined.
7. I transferred mixture out to a clean surface. Make sure you oil your hands as this is very sticky!
8. You can use a knife to cut mixture into smaller pieces and then recombine
9. Once you’re happy with the mixing/blending… roll it out and divide into about 25 bite sizes.
