How To make Cabbage Soup2
3 lb Meat or 1 lb stew meat
8 c Water
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dried oregano
5 ea Whole peppercorns
2 ea Bay leaves
1 cn (16-oz) tomatoes cut up or
3 ea Fresh tomatoes cut up
1 cn (16-oz) cut green beans
2 ea Sliced md carrots
1 ea Chopped md onion
1/2 ts Crushed red pepper
-optional 1 sm Head cabbage cored and
-chopped
In large kettle combine meat, water, salt, oregano, peppercorns and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer and simmer 2 hours. Remove beef when cool enough to handle, cut up meat and discard bones if any. Strain broth and skim off excess fat. Return broth to kettle. Add cut up meat, tomatoes and all vegetables except cabbage and red pepper, if desired. Simmer for 30 minutes, then add cabbage and simmer for 30 minutes more.

Cabbage Vegetable Soup
2 - 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 small cabbage chopped
15 Oz can tomato sauce
15 Oz can stewed tomatoes
28oz diced tomatoes
2-4 chicken bullion cubes
4 cups water
Salt and Pepper
Dump all into slow cooker and cook on high 4-5 hours or low 8-9 hours

SO as a mum of 5 kids i became over weight 120kg for my height that was a no no my belly was falling on my lap so I looked everywhere for help until I came across this cabbage soup recipe on doctor oz channel I did change the recipe to my own but the good news is it worked and with little exercise and waist training I want from 120kg to 79kg I did the 1 week cabbage soup challenge every week for 2 months and ate whatever on each last day of my challenge and I drink 4 litres of every day please try this if you are struggling to loss weight and thank me later.

Ingredients:
1/2 cabbage, cut up
1 medium onion, sliced or chopped
salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
or 1 cup homemade cream of chicken soup, recipe below
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 stick of butter, melted and divided
1 sleeve butter crackers, I used Ritz
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add cabbage, cut up, to casserole dish, 8X8 or 9X9. Scatter cut onions on top of cabbage. Salt and pepper to taste. Using 4 Tablespoons of melted butter, sprinkle over cabbage and onions. Combine cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise. Spread over cabbage. Crush crackers and combine with remaining butter. Spread over cabbage and soup mixture. Bake 45-55 minutes or until cabbage and onions are tender and bubbly.
Homemade Chicken Soup
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 chicken boullion cube, or 1 tsp Better Than Boullion
1 cup milk
1/3 tsp onion powder
1/3 tsp garlic powder
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
Heat milk in microwave for 45 seconds. This will prevent curdling and lumps when added. Set aside.
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat, about 3 minutes or until butter foams. Add flour gradually, whisking well. Remove from heat.
Add chicken broth a little at a time, whisking well after each addition. Add boullion, milk, and seasonings.
Return to heat and cook until soup begins to thicken. It will thicken more as it cools.
