2 teaspoon (8gms) baking powder
2 cups (570gms) yogurt
1 teaspoon (3gms) baking soda
1 + ½ cup (150gms) castor sugar

2 drops almond extract
Zest of 1 orange
Filling
½ cup (100gms) granulated sugar
¼ cup (60ml) water
1 + ½ cup fresh fruit
Frosting
2 cups (460ml) whipping cream
¼ cup (30gms) cream cheese
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla
To assemble
Fresh fruit
Flaked almonds
For glaze
1 tbsp (20ml) corn syrup

Bread Maker Dark Chocolate Cake ( Perysmith Bread Maker / West Bend Bread Maker )
This dark chocolate cake is moist and super chocolaty , made with slightly more ingredients but overall simple and easy to make with Bread Maker.
Below are the ingredients for using 2 and 1 pedal Bread Maker, if using one pedal Bread Maker, please cut baking time to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Here the ingredients are in cups and metric.
Ingredients for 2 paddles pan
1 1/3 cup ( 320 ml ) Evaporated milk
1 1/3 cup ( 320 ml ) Condensed milk
1 1/3 cup ( 320 ml ) Cooking oil
4 eggs
3/4 cup ( 150 g ) Caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup ( 200 g ) All purpose flour
1 1/3 cup ( 120 g ) Cocoa powder
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Soda Bicarbonate
Ingredients for 1 paddle pan:
1 cup ( 240 ml ) Evaporated milk
1 cup ( 240 ml ) Condensed milk
1 cup ( 240 ml ) Cooking oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp. ( 120 g ) Caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup ( 150 g ) All purpose flour
1 1/4 cup ( 90 g ) Cocoa powder
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Soda Bicarbonate
Please allow cake to cool in the bread pan at least 30 minutes before transferring to wire rack. Transferring cake too early will break this moist cake. It helped to use a thin silicone spatula to slightly scrape the side to ease the cake from the pan.
