EASY HEALTHY CHICKEN WINGS | THE GOLDEN BALANCE
Healthy Chicken Wings ????
For every pound of chicken wings:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp salt free lemon pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp baking powder
Finish with a splash of lime juice and cilantro ????
Air fry at 400 for 20 mins or so
You can also bake on a sheet tray at 415 for around 30 minutes or until 170 internal and golden brown!

Buffalo Chicken Wings
You'll love these, I promise. It'll be the best fried chicken you've ever had.
Ingredients:
6 chicken drums/wings
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups pickle juice
2/3 cup hot sauce
1 stick butter
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1.5 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Truffle salt (to taste)
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
1.5 cups potato starch
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp truffle salt
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp chili powder
Pepper (to taste)
1. Brine wings in buttermilk and pickle juice for 30 minutes.
2. Combine hot sauce, butter, mayo, vinegar, Worcestershire, truffle salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a small pot over medium heat until well combined.
3. In a medium bowl, combine potato starch, garlic powder, truffle salt, onion powder, chili powder, and fresh cracked pepper. Whisk to combine.
4. Dredge wings in potato starch mixture and tap off excess.
5. Fry wings at 325 Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes or well cooked.
6. Heat oil to 375 Fahrenheit, then fry again a few minutes until golden brown.
7. Toss in buffalo sauce and enjoy. I dip mine in a combo of ranch and blue cheese, which is weird, but they're also perfect without added sauce.

Best Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe Ingredients:
500g chicken wings
1tbsp minced garlic
1/2tbsp salt
1/4tsp black pepper
1/tsp granulated seasonings
3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups cooking oil for frying
Best Buffalo Sauce Recipe:
50g butter
1/2 cup sweet blend ketchup
3pcs chilli chopped
a pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Best Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe Cooking Procedures:
Season the chicken wings with 1tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper and 1/2 tsp granulated seasonings
Add 3/4 cup all purpose flour and mix
Marinate for atleast 2 hours.
Preheat about 2 cups cooking oil.
Deep fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.
Melt 50g butter in a pan.
Add 1/2 cup sweet blend ketchup.
Season with black pepper, chopped chilli and a pinch of salt
Add the cooked chicken wings and mix well until all chicken are well coated.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with parsley or chopped spring onions. You can add sesame seeds if available.

Back in the day when I was in High School. I would literal go home and order Pizza Hut baked chicken wings. Not sure why they discontinue this item on their menu but I WANT IT BACK!!!! Here's a copycat recipe of it
HOT WINGS MARINATE
2Lbs (20-22 Pieces) Chicken wings
1/2 Tbls Salt
1/2 Cup Hot Sauce
1 Tsp Hot Chili Powder
1/2 Tbls Paprika
Direction: Wings, Spices in. Let it marinate for 3 hours ( I only did it for 10 minutes) Throw it into your airfryer at 200 C for 30 minutes. 15 minutes in shake the container to get even cooking coat
