????Christmas Crack Recipe????
This is one of the best neighbor gift ideas. It is fast, easy, and of course, yummy! I hope you enjoy this as much as my family and friends do.
Christmas Crack Recipe:
4 c Corn Chex
4 c Rice Chex
4 c Golden Grahams
2 c Shredded Coconut (I used sweetened)
1 c Slivered Almonds
3/4 c Butter, 1 1/2 sticks
1 c Sugar
1 c Corn Syrup
1 tsp. Almond Emulsion, you can use extract too
Put cereals, coconut and almonds in your biggest bowl and give a toss. Prepare surface, counter or table, with waxed paper. Bring butter, sugar and corn syrup to a rolling boil. Once boiling start timer for 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes, remove from heat and stir in almond emulsion/extract. Pour hot butter mixture over Chex mix. Carefully stir until well combined. Pour mixture onto wax paper and level out. Let it sit for several hours or overnight. Bag up and give to your neighbors. ????

Easy Delicious Fall Dessert ~ Pumpkin Crunch Cake
Pumpkin Crunch Cake
1 can of pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbls Pumpkin Spice
2 tsp vanilla
1 box of butter cake
1 cup of Chopped pecans
1 stick of melted butter
assemble recipe per video instructions.
Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes

Christmas Crunch Recipe: Ingredients: 1/2 cup popping popcorn kernels, or 2 bags tender white popcorn
1 (12 oz) bag Vanilla Candy Melts (such as Wilton Candy Melts)
1 1/3 cups broken pretzel pieces
1 (12 oz) bag green and red Milk Chocolate or Mint M&Ms
Red, green and white Sprinkles (I used Jingle Mix Nonpareils)
