How To make Brownie Bottom Cheesecake

PHILLY.INQUIRER:
FOR THE brOWNIE BOTTOM:
8 tb Butter or margarine,1 stick
4 Squares (1 oz.each)
Unsweetened baking chocolate 1 1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
FOR THE TOPPING:
3 pk Cream cheese,softened 8 oz.
Each 3/4 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
3 Eggs
1/2 c Sour cream
Heat oven to 325 deg. Lightly grease and flour a 9" springform pan.Set aside. Prepare the cake: Melt butter and chocolate in 3 qt. heavy saucepan over low heat,stirring constantly; remove from heat and cool mixture to lukewarm. Add sugar and eggs,one at a time,mixing well after each addition.Blend in milk and vanilla.Stir in combined flour and salt,mixing just until blended. Spoon into prepared springform pan,spreading evenly.Bake 25 minutes. Remove cake from oven while you prepare the topping. Prepare the topping: Beat cream cheese and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.Add eggs,one at a time,mixing well after each addition.Blend in the sour cream;pour over brownie bottom (filling will almost come to top of pan).Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until center is almost set.
Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake;cool before removing rim of pan.Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.Let cake stand 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.Makes 12 servings...

9 inch springform pan
Brownie:
2 large eggs at room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
6tbsp melted unsalted butter
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2cup all-purpose flour
1/4cup Dutch processed cocoa powder
1/4tsp baking powder
1/4tsp salt
Bake in pre-heated 350F oven for 15 min
Vanilla Cheesecake:
500g cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs at room temperature
1/4cup sour cream at room temperature
1tsp vanilla extract
Bake at 325F for 30-40 minutes . Turn off the oven and leave the door ajar. Let the cake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
Sour cherry filling:
3 cups frozen sour cherries
1tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2cup granulated sugar
1tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup cold water

Brownie Bottom
dark chocolate 1/3 cup
milk chocolate 1/3 cup
butter 8 tbsp
3 eggs
sugar 1.25 cups
flour 3/4 cup
Cheesecake
cream cheese 3 cups
whipping cream 1.75 cups
3 eggs
flour 1 tbsp
vanilla extract 1 tsp
salted caramel (to top)

Brownie Bottom Cheesecake | A FIRST TIME RECIPE | DESSERT
1 box brownie mix
2 packages cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix brownies from package according to package directions. Spread mixture on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Add cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla to a large bowl. Beat together until smooth. Spread on top of brownie mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 325F and bake for another 15 minutes.
Let cool before removing from pan
