Parmesan Broccoli Pasta (Super Simple) - Cooking with Amanda
We have fun cooking our favorite (and easy) meal, so we made a little cooking show. This video was mostly for fun, and we probably left some critical info out, so here's the simple recipe.
5 Half-cup Scoops of Macaroni Noodles (or sub angel hair pasta)
2 Bundles of Broccoli
Loads of Parmesan Cheese (or Romano if you prefer)
A couple of tablespoons of margarine (or butter)
Boil the pasta to al dente (almost soft). Approximately 9 minutes. Drain and add a couple pats of butter.
Steam the broccoli until a fork easily pokes through the biggest stem -- Roughly 7-9 minutes.
Scoop pasta onto plates and add a few florets of Broccoli per plate.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. This can be done at the table if you prefer.
Serve with buttered toast topped with Parmesan sprinkles.
Serves 4 to 6.
Find out more in the video. Enjoy.
Broccoli Noodles with Beans and Parmesan
Is spiralizing the new thing in people's kitchens? Try and see if you like it. If you don't have a spiralizer you can use a vegetable peeler or a knife to slice the veggies. We have made some broccoli noodles, and we've paired them with some white beans, and then flavored them with parmesan, lemon, and pine nuts. It's an interesting dish, one we invite you to try as soon as possible.

Unbelievably crispy SMASHED parmesan broccoli!
This cheesy broccoli bark by @hungry.happens is the kind of snack that makes you WANT to eat your veggies. Instead of boiling the broccoli, use this genius shortcut: steam it in the microwave to make it easy to smash. While the broccoli cooks I sprinkle a generous amount of parmesan on a tray (and I mean generous) Now here comes the fun part. Once the broccoli is cooked, smash each floret directly into the parmesan with the bottom of a glass or measuring cup!!! Bake for 25-30 minutes at 425°F or until crispy. I like cutting it into crispy parmesan broccoli chips and enjoy each salty, crunchy bite.

8 oz / 220 gm Angel Hair Pasta
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
3 tbsp Garlic, minced
2 cup Chicken Broth / Veg Broth
1 cup Full Fat Milk
Salt, as needed
½ tsp Oregano, dried
½ tsp Parsley, dried
½ tsp Pepper Powder
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Fresh Parsley, to garnish
Recipe Notes:
1. Sauce - Even though this is a one-pot dish, you can also make the garlic parmesan sauce ahead and mix it in your favorite kinds of pasta
2. Proteins - I have made the basic garlic parmesan pasta here, but you can also add chicken, shrimp, or veggies of your choice
3. Veg Broth - Even though chicken broth gives the classic taste and flavor to this dish, you can also feel free to add vegetable broth to this recipe
4. No Milk - You can also make this pasta dish using coconut milk for a dairy-free version
5. Bake - You can also make Garlic Parmesan pasta in the oven, to do that mix uncooked pasta, garlic, butter, broth, milk, and other herbs in an oven-safe dish. Close and bake it in preheated oven at 360 degrees F for about 30 to 35 minutes. Remove it from the oven and finally mix in the cheese and fresh parsley leaves
6. Salad - You can also use the leftovers to make the Garlic Parmesan Pasta Salad. To make add your favorites veggies like spinach, mushroom, carrot, broccoli, lettuce, bell peppers, onions, and some shredded chicken and enjoy them cold
