Creamy Broccoli Pasta | Broccoli Pasta Recipe
Can you believe this broccoli pasta doesn’t contain any cream?! This creamy broccoli pasta is super easy recipe and it takes only 20 minutes to make it. The combination of broccoli, cheese and pasta is absolutely amazing.

Directions:
3 Broccoli head heads (800g)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1/3 cup (30g) Parmesan/Pecorino cheese
Black pepper to taste
300g Spaghetti or any pasta of your choice
Directions;
1. Fill a large pot with water, add 1 tablespoon of salt and bring to a boil. When boiling, add the chopped broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
2. Drain the broccoli and divide into 3/4 and 1/4.
3. To the same pot add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
4. Meanwhile make the sauce: in a large pan heat olive oil over medium heat. add crushed garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add 3/4 of the blanched broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water and blend into smooth puree.
5. Put the pan back to medium heat, add the remaining broccoli chunks, salt, black pepper and drained pasta. Add 1/4 cup of pasta cooking water and toss to combined.
6. Add grated cheese and toss until melted and creamy. Add more pasta cooking water as needed.
7. Serve!

Garlic Broccoli Pasta ???? - Angry Broccoli Recipes
Spicy garlic broccoli pasta - one of my easiest recipes on this channel. It's super easy to follow and requires no skills in cooking to make it. I say give it a shot. You may find some new flavors to like.

Here is the full recipe:
???????? Ingredients:
- Broccoli
- Pasta
- Garlic
- Chili flakes
- Oil
- Salt
- Pine nuts (optional)
???????????? Instructions:
1. First, cut/break the broccoli in to small florets.
2. Cook them in boiling and salty water for about 5 minutes. Then, remove and set aside.
3. Next, cook your favorite pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package and keep it in warm place after.
4. Heat the skillet, add little bit of oil.
5. Add chopped garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
6. Add chili flakes and sauté for another 30 seconds, let the aromas come out.
7. Add the cooked broccoli and the cooked pasta. Then add some salt to taste and toss it well.
Garnish with pine nuts, and serve it hot.
