How To make Broccoli and Cheddar Pizza
1 T + 2t. olive oil
3 Garlic cloves, minced
2 c Thawed frozen chopped
Broccoli 1/2 c Part skim ricotta cheese
1 pk Pizza crust dough(Pillsbury)
1 t Sesame seed
3 oz Red-fat Cheddar, shredded
3 oz Part-skim, mozzarella
Shredded 2 t Grated parmesan cheese
Dash of pepper Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 10-inch non-stick skillet heat oil; add garlic and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until golden brown, about 1 minute. Add broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is thoroughly heated, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in ricotta cheese and set aside. Spray 12-inch round pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray; fit pizza-crust dough into pan. Spread broccoli mixture evenly over dough, leaving 1/2 inch of outer edge of dough uncovered. Sprinkle sesame seed over outer edge of dough. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over broccoli mixture, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper. Bake until pizza crust is lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Per serving: 1/2 Fat, 1 1/4 Proteins, 1/2 Vegetable, 1 1/4 Breads, 10 Optional Calories 208 Calories, 9g Fat

BROCCOLI AND CHEDDAR PIZZA
Ingredients
TOPPINGS
1 head Broccoli (steamed)
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese Sauce (instructions below)
WILD PIZZA DOUGH
2 cups Sourdough Starter (active)
1 cup Bread Flour
1 tsp Salt
Cheddar Cheese Sauce
2 cups Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 cup Milk
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Flour
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
WILD PIZZA DOUGH (1 hour)
1). Make your dough by mixing the sourdough starter, bread flour* and salt together
(*adding a bit of flour at a time until it takes shape but is still a little sticky). Knead the dough for 30 seconds.
2). Place the wild dough in a lightly floured bowl and cover with a towel, set aside for 1 hour. (The pizza steel or stone needs to preheat for 1 hour as well, so preheat oven to 550 degrees F° after you finish making your pizza dough).
PIZZA
1). Preheat oven to 550 degrees F° with baking steel or pizza stone inside the oven for 1 hour.
2). MAKE CHEESE SAUCE: Melt butter in a pot on medium heat. Add flour and whisk constantly for 30 seconds. Add milk and whisk well. Add cheddar cheese, mix. Add salt and pepper, mix. Reduce heat to low when it starts to boil. Cook until cheese reaches desired consistency, whisking often.
3). Grate mozzarella cheese. Chop broccoli, then steam for 3 minutes.
4). Flour surface and roll out the dough. Put a floured pizza peel underneath the dough. Add cheese sauce, mozzarella and broccoli, then pat down toppings. Drizzle a little more cheese sauce on top of the broccoli.
5). Bake pizza in the oven at 550 degrees F° for 8-10 minutes.
6). Remove pizza from oven with pizza peel and let cool for 5 minutes.

Ingredients
250g broccoli
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Italian spice
toppings of your choice: tomato sauce, cheese, tomatoes, oregano
Use a food processor to chop the raw broccoli.
Add the eggs and spices, mix it together and put it in a greased pan. Bake it on a medium level for about 5-8 min with the lid on. Add the toppings, cover the pan until the cheese has melted and enjoy!????

2 Tbsp of olive oil
2 tsp of minced garlic
½ cup of steamed broccoli
⅔ cup of ricotta cheese
½ cup of sundried tomatoes
¼ cup of parmesan grated cheese
1 pizza dough
Directions
1. Lightly spray a pizza pan with non-stick spray.
2. Lay your dough on the pan and spread it to the edges.
3. Mix your olive oil and minced garlic together. Then brush your pizza dough with this mixture.
4. Spread your ricotta cheese over your pizza dough.
5. Top with your diced chicken. Then your broccoli and sundried tomatoes.
6. Sprinkle with some parmesan cheese.
7. Bake in a preheated 400° for 12-15 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven when done.
9. Enjoy!!
Broccoli & Cheddar Flatbread Pizza - NoRecipeRequired.com
I discovered as kid smothering broccoli with cheddar was a good way to eat it...not days (while I'm a broccoli on it's own fan), that combo is still one of my favorites. Here, I combine the two in a Flatbread pizza recipe.
I finely chop the broccoli and then cook until just barely tender. I also combine it with some caramelized onions, which are a bit sweet, and balance out the bite in the broccoli. Both are combined with some finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese, spread on some lavish bread, and then bake it off in a 400 degree oven (on a pizza stone if possible) for about 9 minutes.
You end up with a perfect flatbread pizza, with a crisp crust, wonderfully flavored toppings.
