peeled & quarter 1/2 c Buttermilk 1/4 c Granulated sugar 1 tb Lime juice 1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Pour the mixture into a medium bowl; cover with plastic wrap and freeze 3 to 4 hours, until firm. 2. Remove from the freezer and let stand 15 minutes. With an electric mixer, beat until smooth. Cover and freeze 3 to 4 hours longer, until firm.

RECIPE
1 Whole Egg 1 Egg Yolk 1/2 Cup Whole Milk 1/4 Cup Heavy cream 1/4 tsp Salt
1) Set up a bain marie by grabbing a baking dish and placing a towel down. Grab 2 5 oz ramekins and grease them up with butter. 2) In a mixing bowl, add in your eggs, milk, cream, and salt and whisk until homogenous. Pour up your mixture into your ramekins. 3) Place into an oven set to 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle.
2a) For the breakfast custard, mix in 2 tbsp grated parmesan, 2 tbsp of shard cheddar, 1 tbsp cooked and crumbled bacon, another pinch of salt, and a big pinch of black pepper. 2b) For the vanilla custard, add in 2 tsp of vanilla extract.
