Air Fryer Hamburger Recipe - Best Method
Making burgers in the air fryer is easy and actually healthier than frying hamburgers in on your stove. The grease in the hamburgers will simply drip away and makes for a less fatty but still flavorful hamburger. Here’s how we make burgers in the air fryer:
Ingredients for burgers in the air fryer:
- 1.5 pounds of 80/20 hamburger or ground beef (depending on what you call it)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp steak seasoning
Mix your ground beef and seasoning in a bowl and shape your patties into hamburger patties. Place them on your air fryer rack and make sure you have a pan underneath to catch the beef drippings. Next place the burgers in your air fryer and air fry at 400F for 7 minutes. Next flip the burgers and cook for another 5 minutes or adjust depending on what level of doneness you like. Keep in mind that beef needs to beef cook to 165F according to the cooking gods.
Next put cheese on your burgers if you prefer and enjoy your air fried hamburgers.
