How To make Blueberry French Toast Cobbler
1 french bread loaf
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups blueberries
fresh or unthawed
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter :
melted
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Slice bread diagonally into 10 to 14 slices, about 3/4 inch thick. Place bread slices on rimmed 10 - 1/2 x 15 - 1/2 x 1 -inch baking sheet. In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, baking powder and vanilla. Slowly pour over bread, turning slices to coat completely. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature 1 to 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter 13 x 9 baking dish. Place blueberries, sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch in dish. Stir to coat berries, spreading to cover bottom of dish evenly. Place bread slices, wettest side up, atop berry mixture, wedging slices in tightly and if necessary, cutting some slices to fit. (you may not use all of the bread). Brush tops of bread slices with melted butter. Bake in center of oven 20 to 25 minutes or until toast is golden and berries are bubbling. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. To serve, life toast onto plates, spooning blueberry sauce over top. Source: Milwaukee Journal

Hey family!!! In today's video I'm bringing y'all along from the evening to morning! We feed the chickens, make an overnight Blueberry French Toast Casserole, and I show y'all how the sunrise alarm clock works!
Overnight Blueberry French Toast Casserole:
Ingredients
(NOTE: I doubled this recipe in the video to make a 9X13)
1 loaf of thick bread, sliced into 1-inch cubes
2 Tablespoons butter, chopped
1 cup fresh blueberries, plus an extra handful (separate for topping)
3 large eggs
1 cup milk
¼ cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp ground Nutmeg
1 pinch ground cloves (optional)
maple syrup
powdered sugar
Instructions:
Butter or grease an 8 x 8 square baking dish. Place half the bread cubes in a single layer, filling in all the gaps.
Evenly scatter the butter and blueberries on top. Cover completely with the remaining bread cubes.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Evenly pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes. Gently press down on the cubes with your palms to allow the top layer of bread to absorb the liquid. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the dish from the refrigerator and let sit for 20-30 minutes at room temperature while the oven is preheating. Bake the French toast covered for 20 minutes.
Take the dish out of the oven, uncover and then take the remaining blueberries and gently press them into the bread evenly spreading them all over.
Return to the oven and bake for another 18-20 minutes or until the cubes are nicely toasted and there’s no more liquid at the bottom.
Cut into squares. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and warmed maple syrup drizzled on top.

Blueberry Cream Cheese French Toast | Crockpot Recipe!
Thanks for tuning into Cookmas 2022 where every day in December I will be posting a cooking recipe! I will be sharing a variety of delicious recipes from easy crockpot meals, sheet pan meals, to dessert and drink recipes.
Today’s recipe is: Blueberry Cream Cheese French Toast (Pinterest Recipe)
Ingredients
• 1 cup milk
• 10 eggs
• 2/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 loaf Italian bread, cut into cubes
• 2 cups frozen blueberries
• 8 oz cream cheese
Instructions
• In a large bowl add the milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon whisk well.
• Cut the cream cheese into 20-30 small cubes.
• Spray the bottom of the slow cooker with non-stick spray. Place half of the cubed bread on the bottom next add half of the frozen blueberries, half of the cream cheese mixture, and half of the egg mixture. Repeat for the second layer.
• Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours. (I did 4 hours)
• Once cooked using a knife spread the melted cream cheese over the top of the casserole. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkle of powdered sugar enjoy!
