How To make Black Bottom Strawberry Pie
CRUST:
21 Shortbread cookies (5 oz)
2 T Packed brown sugar
3 T Butter or margarine, melted
CHOCOLATE LAYER:
1/2 c Heavy (whipping) cream
1 c Semisweet chocolate chips
StrAWBERRY GLAZE & FILLING:
1 c Granulated sugar
3 T Cornstarch
1/2 c Water
1/4 c Stawberry jam
2 T Lemon juice
2 pt Strawberries, hulled (24 oz)
CRUST: Lightly grease 9-inch pie plate. Process cookies and brown sugar in a food processor until finely crushed and blended. Add butter and pulse just until crumbs are moistened. Press evenly and firmly over bottom and sides of pie plate. Place in freezer to firm up crust. CHOCOLATE LAYER: Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan (or microwave) just until steaming hot. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes, then stir until chocolate melts and mixture is thick and
well blended. Spread evenly over bottom of pie crust. Refrigerate (or freeze) to firm up chocolate. GLAZE AND FILLING: Mix sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Stir in water, jam and lemon juice. Add 1 cup berries (save prettiest ones for top of pie) and mash in the saucepan with a potato masher. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, whisking constantly. Boil 6 to 7 minutes, whisking occasionly, until mixture is thick and syrupy. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Meanwhile drain remaining berries, hulled side down, on paper towels. Pat dry. Pour about 1/3 of the glaze over the chocolate layer. Spread with a pastry brush to cover. Top with strawberries, points up. Pour remaining glaze over berries, using a brush to coat each berry. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to set glaze. Reprinted from Woman's Day magazine : June 4, 1996 issue. Per serving: 449 cal, 3 g pro, 69 g carb, 20 g fat -----

Strawberry Cream Pie Recipe - How to Make Strawberry Pie with Fresh Strawberries
Strawberry Cream Pie is extraordinarily creamy and delicious. It’s made with fresh strawberries, condensed milk, lime juice, and cool whip on top of an amazing crushed pretzel crust. It’s frozen and tastes like ice cream! Also known as a strawberry pretzel pie, it’ll be your go-to pie for the summer.
I love this creamy dreamy pie! Since this pie is served frozen, it’s a perfect summer dessert. It’s cold and creamy and no baking required. No bake desserts certainly are a favorite during the hot summer months.
The best way I can describe this pie is somewhere between creamy strawberry ice cream and a cheesecake. There’s no need to add strawberry jello to this pie as it gets all its delightful strawberry flavor and light pink tint from the fresh strawberries.
This may be our favorite easy summer dessert because it’s cold and refreshing and perfect for parties or a family get together like Mother’s Day or a birthday party. Since it’s placed in the freezer before serving, it’s a wonderful make-ahead summer dessert. I just love this pie!
I was really surprised at how delicious the crust is. I’d never made a crushed pretzel crust before but let me tell you it’s fantastic! I could easily make a snack out of just the pretzel crust. You might think you’re eating a crust made from sugared pecans. It’s sweet & salty and crunchy and goes perfect with the sweet, creamy filling.
When I made this pie, my husband said that not only was it the best dessert he’s ever had, he said it was best thing he had ever eaten. WOW! What a compliment! Especially coming from my chocolate-loving husband.
So if you’re wondering, “What Can I Bake Without an Oven,” then don’t wait any further! You’ll be hooked after one bite. Let’s take a peek at what goes into this pie.

Strawberry Icebox Pie Video | Healthy Frozen Dessert Recipe | No Bake Strawberry Pie Dessert
Today lets see how to make Strawberry Icebox Pie. It is a frozen healthy dessert made from fresh strawberries, bananas and dry fruits.
Ingredients:
Frozen Strawberries - 1 cup
Dates (deseeded) - 1/2 cup
Chopped Almonds and Walnuts - 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Melted Butter - 2 tbsp
Banana - 1 big
Creamcheese - 1/3 cup
Condensed Milk - 1/4 cup
Preparation:
Grease a baking tin with some melted butter and line the bottom and the sides with Parchment paper.
For the base layer, combine together dates, chopped Almonds and Walnuts, lemon juice and melted butter in a large bowl and mix well until everything is well combined.
Add the dry fruits mix to the cake tin and spread evenly. Using a flat bowl, press down really hard so that the base becmoes firm.
Freeze for about 15 minutes.
For the second layer, blend together the strawberries and condensed milk until you get a smooth texture.
Reserve half of this mixture for the 3rd layer.
Add banana and creamcheese to the remaining strawberry mixture and blend once again until you get a smooth consistency. You may skip creamcheese if you do not have it.
Pour this mixture onto the dry fruits layer and spread evenly.
Put it back into the freezer for about 40 minutes.
Now add the strawberry and condensed milk mixture that was reserved earlier on top of the 2nd layer and put it back into the freezer until it gets set completely.
Finally garnish with some chopped dry fruits, strawberries and mint leaves.
