Ingredients:-
1 tbsp. Oil
¼ cup Salted butter
25 medium sized raw Prawns, peeled with tail on
⅛ cup Garlic cloves, crushed
⅛ cup Green garlic, chopped
Salt, as required
Freshly ground black pepper, as required
Chilli flakes, as required
⅛ cup parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
½ tsp. Corn starch
2-3 tbsp. Water
Method:-
- Heat oil in a pan and add prawns to it.
- Toss this well and add salt. Keep the flame on high.
- Add garlic, butter, parsley and toss again.
- Add water, chilli flakes, black pepper, corn flour slurry, lemon juice and mix well.
Delicious Butter Garlic Prawns are ready to eat.

Ingredients:
-Boneless beef 750g
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup
-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 2 & ½ tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp lor to taste
-Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
-Laung (Cloves) 3-4
-Javitri (Mace) 1 blade
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) blanched 12-15
-Pakola Full Cream Milk 1/3 Cup
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 4-5
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 7-8
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Pakola Full Cream Milk 1 Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2
-Cheddar cheese grated 3-4 tbs
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 1-2
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
-Hari mirch (Green chilli)
-Lemon slices
Directions:
-In a bowl,add beef,yogurt,raw papaya paste,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,coriander seeds,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,salt and mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-In spice mixer,add bay leaves,green cardamom,cloves,mace,black cardamom,desiccated coconut, almonds and grind well.
-Add milk,grind well to make a paste & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,butter and let it melt.
-Add garlic,green chillies,black peppercorns,cumin seeds and mix well.
-Add onion,mix well and sauté until translucent.
-Now add marinated beef and mix well.
-Add milk and mix well.
-Add ground paste,mix well and bring it to boil.
-Add fresh coriander and mix well,cover and cook on medium flame until tender (approx. 1 hour).
-Add cheddar cheese and mix well.
-Add garam masala powder,green chilli,ginger,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Garnish with fresh coriander,green chilli,lemon slices & serve!

-Bowl mein beef,dahi,kacha papita paste,adrak lehsan paste,lemon juice,sabut dhania,kali mirch powder,haldi powder,zeera,lal mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dahk ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
-Spice mixer mein tez patta,hari elaichi,laung,javitri,badi elaichi,khopra aur badam dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.
-Doodh dal dein aur ache tarhan grind ker ka paste tayyar ker lein & side pr rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan,hari mirch,sabut kali mirch aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Ab marinated beef dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ground paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Hara dhania dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (approx. 1 hour).
-Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Garam masala powder,hari mirch,adrak aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara dhania,hari mirch aur lemon slices sa garnish ker ka serve karein!

Ingredients:
Sauce:
-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Oyster sauce 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 2 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken boneless cubes 500 gms
-Corn flour 1 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) diced 1 medium
-Red bell pepper diced 1 small
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) diced 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
-Yakhni (Chicken stock) ¼ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Namak (Salt) to taste (if required)
Directions:
For Sauce:
-In bowl,add soy sauce,oyster sauce,vinegar,black pepper crushed,white pepper powder,mix well & set aside.
-In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,corn flour,garlic powder,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
-In a wok,add oil and marinated chicken,cook until chicken is golden and set aside.
-In the same wok,add onion,red bell pepper,capsicum and sauté for 1-2 minutes and set aside.
-In wok,add garlic crushed and mix,add prepared sauce,chicken stock and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add fried chicken and mix.
-Add stir-fried vegetables and mix well.
-Add green onion,sprinkle salt and mix well,serve with rice.

-Karhai mein oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur chicken golden hunay tak paka lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Is he karhai mein pyaz,red bell pepper aur shimla mirch dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya sauté ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein lehsan cruhsed dal ker mix karein,prepared sauce aur yakhni dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Fried chicken dal ker mix karein.
-Stir-fried sabziyan shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur chawal ka saath serve karein.
