How To make Black& White Cheesecake
1/2 c Marshmallow creme OR
3/4 c Milk -- heated to boiling
1 c Mini-marshmallows
16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
9 oz Prepared Graham cracker
-crust 3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pk Unflavored gelatin
1 t Vanilla (opt)
1/4 c Milk -- cold
Spread marshmallow creme or scatter marshmallows over bottom of prepared crust; set aside. In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold milk; let stand 2 minutes. Add hot milk; process at low speed until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder and

■材料 (15㎝丸形1台)
(ボトム)
クッキー…100g
溶かしバター(無塩)…50g
(レアチーズケーキ)
クリームチーズ…400g
砂糖…120g
生クリーム…350ml
ゼラチン…12g
ブラックココアパウダー…大さじ2.5
(トッピング)
フリーズドライストロベリー…適量
■作り方
1. ビニール袋にクッキーを入れて細かく砕く。溶かしバターを合わせよく混ぜる。丸形に入れ、しっかりと敷き詰めたら、冷蔵庫で冷やし固める(30分程度)。
2. ボウルに、クリームチーズ、砂糖、生クリームを入れ、湯煎にかけよく混ぜる。全体が混ざったらゼラチンを入れてよく混ぜ溶かす。
3. 生地を2等分に分け、片方にブラックココアパウダーを加えよく混ぜる。
4. 丸型に、黒と白の生地を静かに交互に流し入れる。上にフリーズドライストロベリーをトッピングする。冷蔵庫で、冷やし固めたら完成です♪(2時間程度。凍らない程度に冷凍庫を使うと早く固まります)

りんごとチーズの黄金コンビ♪詰めて焼くだけの簡単デザート!
■材料(2個分)
・りんご…2個
・砂糖…大さじ2
・クリームチーズ…100g
・卵…1個
・薄力粉…大さじ1
・シナモン…適量
■手順
1. りんごの上の部分は切り落として、スプーンで中身をくりぬく
2. りんごの果肉、砂糖、クリームチーズ、シナモンを合わせよく混ぜる
3. 卵を割りときほぐし、2に加えよく混ぜる。薄力粉を加え切るように混ぜる。りんごの穴に流し入れる
4. 180℃に予熱をいれたオーブンで20分ほど焼き、完成です♪

材料は混ぜるだけ♪あとは炊飯器におまかせ♪

■材料
・クリームチーズ…250g
・メープルシロップ…90g
・卵…4個
・生クリーム…200ml
・レモン果汁…大さじ1
・薄力粉…大さじ3
■手順
1. ボールにクリームチーズとメープルシロップを加え混ぜる
2. 1に卵、生クリーム、レモン果汁の順に加え、都度よく混ぜる
3. 2に薄力粉をふるい入れ、なじませる
4. バターを塗った炊飯器の釜に3を流し込み、炊飯を2回し、冷めたらお皿に取り出して完成

市販のバウムクーヘンを使うから、すぐ出来るのに安定の美味しさ♪
バウムクーヘンの優しい甘さとチーズが絶妙に合います♡
■材料
・バウムクーヘン…1個
・牛乳…30ml
・ホットケーキミックス…40g
・とろけるチーズ…6枚(上にかぶせるチーズはお好みで)
■手順
1. 牛乳を電子レンジ(600W)で1分加熱する
2. 牛乳にとろけるチーズ2枚を手で割いて入れる
3. 2にホットケーキミックスを入れてダマがなくなるまで混ぜ合わせる
4. バウムクーヘンの真ん中に3を入れ、とろけるチーズを全体にかぶせる
5. オーブン予熱180度で30分焼いたら完成です♪
上にかぶせるチーズはお好みで♡

Black and White Cheesecake
UPDATE: It seems I forgot to the include 'adding the dry ingredients (flour/cornstarch/vanilla) to the wet ingredients' in the video. Please keep in mind, after adding the eggs and beating well to combine, add the dry ingredients and beat again until they have combined completely.
Making a cheesecake may be intimidating for various reasons; this video shows that it is not as difficult as you may think.
This is a light cheesecake made with labneh and whipping cream instead of cream cheese.
Labneh is a type of strained yogurt with a cream cheese like texture and a subtle flavour.
In this video, I demonstrate the following:

Black and White Cheesecake:
Ingredients:
For the Base
10 Original Oreo cookies
2 tablespoons (30 grams) unsalted butter
For the Cheesecake filling
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 cups (500 grams) labneh
¾ cup + 1 tablespoon (200 ml) whipping cream (heavy cream)
1¼ cups granulated sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
For the Chocolate Ganache
¾ cup + 1 tablespoon (200 ml) whipping cream (heavy cream)
1 cup + 1 tablespoon (200 grams) semisweet chocolate buttons (or chopped chocolate)

Add the chocolate cookies into a plastic bag, secure it, and crush them with a rolling pin.
Move them in a large bowl and pour the melted butter over them. Use a fork and mix until smooth.
Move the crushed biscuits on the bottom of a round cake tin and refrigerate it for the next half hour.
Grab a bowl and mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
Heat a saucepan over medium heat, fill about half of it with water, and bring it to a boil. Top it with a bowl, and add the milk and dark chocolate. Melt them while slowly mixing with a spatula.
Pour half of the melted chocolate in the cream cheese mixture, and mix until you get a thick and smooth cream. Let the other half aside.
Take out the biscuit base from the fridge and pour the cream cheese mixture over it. Level it with a spatula.
Spread the remaining melted chocolate on the cream cheese mixture. Level it over the cheesecake.
Grab the white chocolate and melt it the same way you’ve melted the dark and milk chocolate. Let it sit in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes and after it's beginning to thicken a little bit, add it into a piping bag.
Use the white chocolate to decorate the cheesecake.
