(chunky) 1 t Vanilla 1/2 Banana
(mashed)(adds sweet) 2 tb Water :
(maybe 3 T) Combine all. Divide into 2 cookies on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350 F. for 5-8 min. Do not over-bake. This makes 2 soft cookies. 1 cookie ? bread, 1/2 milk, 1 protein, 1 fat & 1 fruit.

Forgotten Chocolate Chip Cookies/WW and iTrackbites recipe
Today I am making my favorite low point cookie. These melt in your mouth and are so good!!
1/2 cup egg liquid egg whites 1 cup of sugar 1 cup Lily's dark chocolate chips 1 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cream of tartar
Whisk the egg whites, salt and sugar until frothy then add the cream of tartar and mix on high speed until soft peaks. Add the vanilla and continue mixing on high speed until stiff peaks. Then fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Spoon onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 200 for an hour then turn off the oven but do not open the door. Leave the cookies for at least another hour in the oven. These are 3 points per cookie on WW blue and iTrackbites Better Balance Plans. Hope you enjoy!!

Ingredients: 1 oz margarine which is 2 T 4 T syrup 1 T cocoa powder 4 oz oats which is 1 cup Pinch salt
