How To make Beral's Berry Coffee Cake
1 Egg
6 tb Butter (can be canola oil)
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Yogurt (can be non-fat)
1/2 c Milk (can be skim)
1 3/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 ts Baking powder
1 c Berries (your choice)
Preheat oven to 350 Cream butter (or oil) and sugar. Add egg. Add remaining ingredients, reserving baking powder for last. Stir to combine. Add berries and stir briefly. Pour into greased 8 X 8 baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and tester comes out clean. Cool and serve.

2 pek/ 540g-600g biskut marie
1 ketul / 200g butter (unsalted/salted)
½ cawan / 153g susu pekat
½ cawan / 50g serbuk koko
1 cawan / 120g serbuk milo
½ cawan / 118 ml air panas
½ sudu kecil garam (kalau guna unsalted butter)
1 biji telur
1 sudu kecil ekstrak/esen vanilla
Bahan-bahan untuk topping coklat ganache:
200ml /200g whipping cream
200g dark chocolate
1 sudu kecil ekstrak/esen vanilla
1 sudu besar butter
