Hibachi Ginger Salad Dressing Recipe
Full Recipe -
Ingredients ½ cup roughly chopped red onions 3 tablespoons ginger (freshly grated) 1 clove chopped garlic 2 stalks celery (roughly chopped) ½ cup extra virgin olive oil ¼ cup rice vinegar 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce 3 teaspoons ketchup 2 teaspoons granulated sugar 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper water (as required)
Instructions Add all the ingredients to a small food processor or a blender. Process until mostly smooth. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time until you have reached the desired consistency. Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes You can replace extra virgin olive oil with avocado oil, grapeseed oil, avocado oil, light olive oil, or peanut oil. You can replace rice vinegar with white wine vinegar, white vinegar, or lime juice. Red onions add a nice pungent flavor to the dressing. If they’re not available, then use any onion (yellow or white) available in your pantry.
