BAHAN:
300 gr putih telor
170 gr gula pasir (me 140)
1/2 sdm elmusifier
30 gr Coklat bubuk ( me ganti pasta coklat n mocca )
15 gr Susu Bubuk
25 gr Tepung maizena
130 gr Tepung terigu
140 gr mentega di cairkan
Olesan loyang pakai Oil Carlo / tabur tepung
Cara membuat :
1. Putih telor , Sp , gula pasir di kocok selama 10 menit dengan kecepatan tinggi.
2. Kemudian masukan tepung terigu, maizena, coklat bubuk dgn kecepatan sedang selama 5 menit
3. Masukkan mentega cair + aduk rata dengan spatula
4. Tuang ke loyang yg telah di olesin pengoles loyang carlo.
5. Oven dengan suhu 170 derajat api atas bawah selama 40-50 menit/sampai matang.
Note : jika pake rasa pasta mocca nanti pakenya diakhir ya baru dibagi sesuai selera

Brownies and Leaders and Robots, OH MY!
This week, Ann has been working on 1 Corinthians 3:1-9 and Oh! The places they go.
Double apology to Ann this week - firstly for adding the rogue E back into her name and secondly, for the sun-spot that seems to have broken through our hi-tech defenses! We'll fix that before next time. Thank you, Ann for being a trooper and putting up with us.

Recipes for cherubs
Babs Horton talks about her book, Recipes for Cherubs.
In the summer of 1960, 13-year-old Catrin Grieve is despatched by her feckless mother to stay with her great aunt Ella at Shrimp's Hotel in the sleepy village of Kilvenny on the Welsh coast. On arrival, Catrin is dismayed to find that her reclusive, eccentric aunt is not expecting her and, long closed to visitors, the hotel is nothing like the grand place her mother remembers. Behind the boarded up windows, Ella Grieve still lays the cobwebbed tables for dinner and puts warming pans in the beds of invisible guests. Although a finicky eater, Catrin finds herself fascinated by a 200-year-old, beautifully-illustrated Italian recipe book, Le Ricette per i Cherubini (Recipes for Cherubs), she discovers on the premises. As she discovers more about the history of the book and grows closer to her frail, lonely aunt, Catrin realises that people from the past can sometimes interlace with the present and point a way forward into the future.
