How To make Bbq Pork Lo Mein
2 tb Sesame oil
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Ginger; finely chopped
2 c Bok choy; cut into 1/2-inch
-pieces 1 1/2 c Bean sprout
8 oz Chinese bbq pork
1/2 c Chicken broth
2 tb Oyster sauce
1 tb Soy;dark
1/2 ts Sugar
Pepper;dash 8 oz Lo Mein noodles
Cook noodles in plenty of boiling water; when al dente, drain and toss with sesame oil, set aside. Combine sauce ingredients, set aside. Heat wok, add oil. Add ginger stir fry until fragrant (about 10 sec). Add bok choy, bean sprouts and pork, stir fry 2 minutes. Then add broth. When broth is hot, add noodles, cover and cook 2 minutes. Add sauce, stir well and serve. Variations, instead of pork, use left over cooked, roast beef, lamb, shrimp or chicken. Pork lo mein using spaghetti noodles
In this Clip I used 1.5 package of the 16 OZ spaghetti noodles. Boiled until soft but not too soft.
Chopped 5-6 cloves of garlics ( I forget to mentioned to turn the stove back on high after garlics turns lightly yellow)
One large green bell pepper
One large red sweet pepper
Two mediums carrots ????
One hole medium or large Onion
One bunch green onions cut into an inch long
Half Cabbie, sliced
1 teaspoon MSG
1.5 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons Dark Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Thin Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon High Sodium Soy Sauce
1.5 teaspoon Black Peppers
I Teaspoon Sesame Oil or 1 Tablespoon if you like more
All seasonings are based on your preference.

RECIPE BELOW: The traditional Cantonese Deli-Style Lo Mein is a dry variation of wonton noodle soup. The soup is simply served on the side and separated from the noodles and other ingredients. Wonton style noodles have a nice bouncy elastic texture. Dress the noodles with your favorite seasonings; sesame oil, oyster sauce, chili sauce and vinegar. ENJOY!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
• 3 bundles Wonton style egg noodles, thin or wide cut (*can cook entire pkg but increase the amount of other ingredients)
• 1/2# BBQ pork/Char Siu
• 1/2# Shanghai bok choy, baby bok choy, Chinese broccoli or any other type of vegetable
• 3 C Chicken broth
• 1 green onion, minced
• 1/2 Tsp seasoning salt mix-Watch video-S1Ep76-
• 1 Tsp sesame oil-prevent noodles from sticking
Dressing:
• sesame oil to taste
• oyster sauce to taste
• chili sauce/oil of your choice to taste
• chinkiang vinegar to taste
**Always wash & rinse vegetables before using
