Make Holiday Cookies From 1 Cookie Dough || 5 Types of Butter Cookies
- Smore Cookie by Oneul
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone! It is a wonderful time to make cookies, I do this every year for friends and family.
This is a versatile butter cookie recipe. I mix it with matcha, cocoa, and strawberry powder. You can even make linzer cookies, or even a cinnamon swirl, or just plain sable cookies. You can dip it in chocolate or sugar, be creative!
I did not have any cake flour, so the mixture of AP Flour and Corn Starch is the equivalent of it. 1 cup of AP Flour - 2 tablespoons replaced with corn starch is your Cake Flour.
If you have any questions or requests, let me know!
Recipe:
435g AP Flour
65g Cornstartch
2tsp of salt
300g Unsalted Butter
(You can also use salted butter if that's all you have, just do not put any additional salt)
270g Powdered Sugar
2 egg yolks
1 egg
5g cocoa powder
5g matcha powder
8g strawberry milk powder
35g chocolate chips
35g white chocolate chips
40g nuts
