How To make Barbecue Style Ribs
2 1/2 pounds pork country-style ribs
to 3
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic :
minced
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 can tomato sauce -- 8oz
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
In covered grill arrange medium hot coals around a drip pan. Test for medium heat above pan. Place ribs on grill rack over drip pan but not over coals. Lower grill hood. Grill for 1 hour. Prepare sauce: In a medium saucepan cook onion and garlic in hot oil till tender. Stir in tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, mustard, celery seed, 1/2 cup water and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Brush ribs with sauce. Grill ribs about 30 minutes more or until well done, brushing occasionally with sauce. Pass remaining sauce with ribs.

One-minute country-style pork ribs (plus or minus 6-7 hours ????)

Save this and follow it for a great result every time!

1) coat liberally in Mayo
2) season with your favorite sweet rub
3) 250° for about 4 hours - until 165° internal
4) spray every 45 minutes or so
5) when 165°f internal put in pan with onion, barbecue sauce, and apple juice
6) wrap in aluminum foil to braise
7) pull off at 200°f internal and let rest

Hey guys today I'm cooking oven baked BBQ ribs. this recipe is so easy yet so delicious. Try not to lick the screen lol that's how good they are and these spare ribs are can be made in 3 hour before dinner you can also make these ribs on the grill. You can use country style ribs as well for the recipe. These oven baked spare ribs are perfect for a lazy day when you don’t feel like using your grill. They are tender juicy and slide right off the bone and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 rack of ribs
2 Tbsps. mustard
salt and pepper to taste
4 Tbsps. garlic powder divided
4 Tbsps. onion powder divided
3 Tbsps. slap ya mama seasoning
bake on 300 or 350 for 3 hours
