How To make Banana Bread(No Milk Or Wheat)
1/4 c Nuts
1 3/4 c Sifted amaranth flour or
-sifted brown rice flour 1/2 c Arrowroot
2 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 1/2 c Very ripe mashed bananas
1/4 c Oil
1/4 c Honey
2 Eggs
2 tb Lemon juice
1 t Pure vanilla extract
Servings: Makes 1 loaf. Process the 1/4 c nuts in a blender until finely ground. Mix the nuts with the flour, arrowroot and baking soda in a large bowl. Stir in the chopped nuts. In a separate bowl, mix together the bananas, oil, honey, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Then pour the liquid mixture into the flour bowl and mix with a few swift strokes. Do not overmix. Pour into a greased 9x5" loaf pan or 2 7x3" pans. Bake large loaf at 350 F for 55 to 60 min, or small loaves for 45 min or until a cake tester inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let stand in the pan for 10 min, then turn the loaf out onto a wire rack to

This Eggless Banana Bread is the Best Banana Bread made with Whole Wheat Flour and without Butter, Condensed Milk or Curd. This is also a Vegan Banana Bread recipe. Complete detailed recipe with step by step photos below:
The texture of this eggless banana bread is moist, light and soft. The two ingredients which contributes majorly to this soft and moist texture in this healthy banana bread recipe are bananas and oil.
Even with Whole Wheat Flour, this Banana Bread is light, soft, moist and perfect for a vegan and eggless banana bread.
Since baking time varies from oven to oven, do keep a check. once the bread is ¾ baked, then only open the oven door and check the banana bread.
Instead of whole wheat flour (atta) you can also use all purpose flour (maida). Do note that the eggless banana bread recipe can also be made without oven in a pressure cooker or in a kadai (wok) or pan.
INGREDIENTS:
4 medium sized ripe bananas or over ripe bananas or 300 grams ripe bananas or 10.5 ounce ripe bananas
1.5 cups whole wheat flour or 180 grams whole wheat flour
½ cup coconut oil or sunflower oil or any vegetable oil or 125 ml coconut oil
½ cup brown sugar or unrefined cane sugar or regular granulated sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla powder or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder - optional
2 to 3 pinches nutmeg powder or ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg powder - optional
1 to 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds - optional (can add chocolate chips, nuts or dried fruits instead)
1 to 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt - optional

Banana Raisin Bread Oil-free, Wheat-free, RF Sugar-free
Recipe
3 very ripe bananas
¼ cup almond butter
⅓ cup dairy-free milk
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 ¾ cup almond flour
¼ cup flax meal
½ cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350
Line loaf pan with parchment paper
Mash or blend bananas.
Add almond butter, dairy-free milk, apple cider vinegar and cinnamon and mix or process until combined.
Add baking powder, almond flour and flax meal and mix until just combined.
Fold in raisins.
Top with additional raisins and cinnamon as desired.
Spread evenly in pan.
Bake 35-45 minutes until light golden brown and firm when lightly pressed in the center.
Allow to cool for 15 minutes or more before cutting.
