15 minute Balsamic Chicken || Quick & Easy || Dinner Recipes
This Balsamic Garlic Chicken is the perfect weekday dinner because not only is it ready in a pinch of time, it's also SUPER flavorful! For me, the best part are the mushrooms which soak up all the flavors. I could literally eat them all! I hope you guys try this out because I know your'e going to love it!
Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breast
Salt & Pepper
8 Cloves of Garlic
Mushrooms
1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 Bay Leaf
3/4 Cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp. Thyme
3 Tbs. Butter
Directions:
Start off by thinly slicing the 2 chicken breasts to make 4 fillets. Season both sides well and place them into a hot saute pan with 3 tbs. of olive oil. Fry the chicken until both sides have a nice golden brown color and push the chicken off to the side of the pan. Add the 8 cloves of crushed or sliced garlic and the mushrooms and move them around a bit until they saute a bit about 1-2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and allow the sauce to boil covered for about 5-7 minutes. Once the sauce has reduced and turned a dark golden brown color, the chicken is then ready!
