How To make Baked Ziti Al Telefono
1 Pound ziti pasta, preferably Italian
2 Cups basic tomato sauce
2 Cups balsamella sauce
1 Pound fresh mozzarella -- in 1/2" cubes
1/2 Cup grated parmigiano reggiano
1/2 Cup fresh bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 425 F. Bring 6 quarts water to boil and add 2 tablespoons salt.
Cook ziti according to package instructions until al dente. Remove, drain and refresh in cold water. Drain again and place in large mixing bowl. Add tomato sauce, balsamella, mozzarella and grated cheese and stir to mix well. Divide among 4 gratin dishes, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in oven until bubbling and crusty on top, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS:
600 gram penne pasta
500 grams ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion (minced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
4 pieces jumbo hotdog (diced)
2 tbsp. red bell pepper (minced)
4 cups spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup condensed milk (optional)
1/2 cup quickmelt cheese
FOR TOPPINGS:
1 1/2 cups of all purpose cream
1 cup of quickmelt cheese

2 medium onion
Oil for sauteing
250g ham
1 liter tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce
1 pack jersey all purpose cream
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp italian dry herbs (optional)

For the penne pasta:
400 grams penne pasta (uncooked)
salt
water
For the meat sauce:
400 grams ground beef
2 tablespoons tomato paste

NOTE!!! the cheese and ham that I used plus the water used to boil the pasta
are already salty.. That's why I didn't add any more salt to this dish. Always taste before adding more salt..
INGREDIENTS
-6cups water
-1Tbsp salt
-2cups Penne pasta or about 180g
-3pcs thin sliced ham chopped
-about 1/4cup chopped carrot
-about 1/4cup sweet corn kernels (you could use mixed veggies if you prefer)
-ground black pepper
-100g butter
-6cloves garlic chopped
-3 and 1/2Tbsp flour
-370ml evaporated milk
-about 1/2 to 3/4cup water
-70g grated cheese
-ground black pepper
-1/2 to 1Tbsp chili flakes depending on preference (always taste before adding more)
-water used to boil the penne pasta (so don't discard)
