You have to make this dish its creamy, cheesy and perfect, make sure you use all the cheese. I also have a special ingredient you don’t wanna leave out! My mother taught me how to make it a long time ago and over the Years I added different seasonings and approaches to create THE ULTIMATE SOUL FOOD MACARONI AND CHEESE ????

INGREDIENTS:
* Elbow Macaroni
* 1 bag of mozzarella, Sharp cheddar and Monterey cheese
* Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese
* Dried basil (optional)
* Black pepper
* 1 stick of butter
* 3 Cups Whole milk
* Paprika
* 2 tsp. Sea Salt
* 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
* 2 tsp. white sugar
* 3 large eggs
**Depending on the size of your guests your need of ingredients may be different**
R E C I P E:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
--Add water to a pot. The pot should be big enough to boil one box of elbow noodles. Once the water has come to a boil add in 1 teaspoon of sea salt and extra virgin olive oil. Allow the noodles for boil approximately 6-7 minutes. You do not want to boil the noodles too long because they will become too soft.
--Once the noodles are cooked throughly. Drain the noodles in a strainer and add five thin slices of butter. You want to add the butter to the noodles while the noodles are still hot. ----Let the noodles cool down for 10-15 minutes.
--While the noodles are cooling. Start to prepare the mixture (3 eggs, 1 tsp of salt, 3 cups of whole milk and 2 tsp of white sugar) that will be added to the macaroni and cheese. Make sure that it is completely blended.
--Apply butter all around the base and siding of baking pan
--When the noodles have cooled for 10-15 min and the pan is greased. Begin to apply your first thin layer of macaroni. Then apply a small layer of pepper jack, cheddar and mozzarella cheese. You want to make sure the noodles and cheese are evenly disperse.
--After your first layers of cheese and noodles are complete add small dashes of basil and pepper. You will continue to apply each layer until you have reached the top of your pan.
--Once you’ve finished layering add a small amount of Romano and Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Again added basil at this point is optional. You can also add more pepper if needed.
--Lastly, you will begin to pour your mixture. Make sure that the mixture isn’t above the noodles and over the rim of the pan. The mixture should be just under the top noodle line.
--After each step is completed apply your aluminum foil or top to bake ware. If you are applying foil make sure to make small inserts for the macaroni and cheese to cook properly.
--Set timer for 35 minutes.
--After 35 minutes remove lid or aluminum and put back into the oven for another 15-20minutes. This is only for the cheese to get toast at the top. If you noticed that your cheese is sooner remove from oven and complete the fork method.
If macaroni and cheese passes the fork method, let sit for three minutes and then serve. ????

✨Recipe:
4 tablespoons (½ stick) unsalted butter, plus more for baking dish
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
3 cups elbow macaroni
2 (12-ounce) cans evaporated milk
⅓ cup skim milk
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 (8-ounce) packages extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8-ounce) package Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Paprika, for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Generously butter a 9-by-13-inch glass baking dish; set aside. Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add salt and macaroni. Cook until al dente according to package directions.
2. Drain, and return to pot. Add butter, and toss until pasta is coated and butter has melted; set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, skim milk, and eggs. Add seasoned salt, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper; set aside. In another medium bowl, combine cheeses; set aside.
4. Place 1/3 macaroni in an even layer in the bottom of prepared baking dish; cover evenly with 1/3 cheese. Repeat with remaining macaroni and cheese mixture.
5. Pour milk mixture evenly over contents of baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
6. Bake until top layer is lightly browned, 35 to 45 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

-Cooking oil for frying
-Monsalwa Chicken Crispy Shots ½ pack
Prepare Sour Cream:
-Cream ¼ Cup
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
Prepare Cheese sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2-3 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
-Macaroni 1 & ½ Cup (boiled with salt as per pack’s instruction)
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
Assembling:
-Fresh Parsley chopped
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken crispy shots on medium flame until golden & crispy (3-4 minutes) & set aside.
Prepare Sour Cream:
-In cream,add lemon juice,mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Prepare Cheese Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add butter & let t melt.
-Add garlic & mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Gradually add milk and mix well & cook on medium flame until sauce thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Add paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,chicken powder & whisk well.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & mix well until cheese melts.
-Turn off the flame,add prepared sour cream,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add boiled macaroni,egg & mix well.
Assembling:
-In baking dish,add egg coated macaroni,prepared cheese sauce,fresh parsley,chicken crispy shots,prepared cheese sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese and fresh parsley.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15-16 minutes.

-Cream mein lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5 minutes kliya chor dein.
Prepare Cheese Sauce:
-Saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ache tarhxn mix karein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur darmiyani ancch per sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Paprika powder,kali mirch powder,namak aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal dein aur melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur tayyar sour cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein boiled macaroni aur anda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assembling:
-Baking dish mein egg coated macaroni,tayyar cheese sauce,fresh parsley,chicken crispy shots, tayyar cheese sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese aur fresh parsley dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 15-16 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
