How To make Baked Caramel Corn
1 c Butter
2 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Cornsyrup
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking Soda
1 ts Vanilla
6 qt Popped Popcorn
Melt butter; stir in brown sugar, cornsyrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, than boil,without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in soda and vanilla. Gradually pour over corn, mix well. Turn into two large, shallow baking pans. Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, stir every 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cool completly. Homemade Caramel Corn | I Heart Recipes
Hey fam! In this video, I’m going to show you how to make my amazing Homemade Caramel Corn.
Caramel Corn is one of my favorite fall-time treats. It’s so buttery, crunchy and sweet! Tender popcorn, sweet brown sugar, creamy butter and chocolatey, buttery toffee bits are the main players in this yummy recipe, and combined they create a heavenly snack. It’s seriously addicting!

0:11 - These are the ingredients you’ll need for this homemade caramel popcorn recipe.
0:16 - Brown sugar.
0:20 - Toffee chips.
0:25 - Vanilla extract.
0:29 - Corn syrup.
0:34 - Baking soda.
0:38 - Salt.
0:43 - Butter.
0:47 - Popcorn.
0:56 - Melt the butter in a pan.
1:02 - Add in brown sugar.
1:06 - Add in salt.
1:10 - Add in corn syrup.
1:14 - Stir the ingredients well.
1:23 - Let boil without stirring.
1:29 - Stir.
1:35 - Add in vanilla extract.
1:40 - Sprinkle in baking soda.
1:45 - Stir well.
1:57 - Drizzle a little sauce on top of the popcorn.
2:03 - Fold in the sauce.
2:05 - Repeat the steps until all the sauce is gone.
2:09 - Place the popcorn on a lined cookie sheet.
2:23 - Sprinkle toffee chips on top.
2:29 - Place the popcorn in the oven.
2:38 - Give it a good stir.

How to Make Homemade Caramel Popcorn aka Caramel Corn
Whether you are making caramel popcorn as a snack, special occasion or to give away as a gift you're gonna love this simple, no-fuss recipe! It's the best caramel popcorn recipe I've ever tried and folks just love it! The caramel sauce has such great flavor!
It's so easy to make caramel for popcorn, and this old-fashioned recipe is foolproof!
In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
Stir in brown sugar, light corn syrup, and salt until combined.
Let the sugar mixture boil gently for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla extract.
Pour the hot caramel mixture all over the popcorn and toss to coat.
Spread the popcorn on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes on 250 F. Tossing halfway.
Allow popcorn to harden and cook and then place in an airtight container. You can sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

Ingredients:
For the popcorn:
1 tablespoon Butter (optional)
1 tablespoon Oil
90g Popcorn kernels
1/4 teaspoon Salt
For the caramel:
1 cup (200g) Sugar
100 ml Water
1 tablespoon (15g) Butter
Directions:
1. In a large pot heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
2. When butter is melted add popcorn kernels and salt to the pot, stir well, cover with a lid and cook over low heat until popcorn stop popping.
3. Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.
4. In the same pan combine sugar and water, heat over medium heat until sugar dissolved and turns thick brown, amber-colored liquid (do not stir). Be careful not to burn. Once sugar is completely melted and reached a deep amber color, remove the saucepan from heat and add the butter. Stir immediately until melted and smooth.
5. Pour the caramel over the popcorn and mix immediately until evenly coated. Spread it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and allow to set for 10-15 minutes.
6. Break in into pieces and serve.
Notes:
• You also can use microwave popcorn.
