How To make Baked Caramel Corn
1 c Butter
2 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Cornsyrup
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking Soda
1 ts Vanilla
6 qt Popped Popcorn
Melt butter; stir in brown sugar, cornsyrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, than boil,without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in soda and vanilla. Gradually pour over corn, mix well. Turn into two large, shallow baking pans. Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, stir every 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cool completly. Homemade Caramel Corn | I Heart Recipes
Hey fam! In this video, I’m going to show you how to make my amazing Homemade Caramel Corn.
Caramel Corn is one of my favorite fall-time treats. It’s so buttery, crunchy and sweet! Tender popcorn, sweet brown sugar, creamy butter and chocolatey, buttery toffee bits are the main players in this yummy recipe, and combined they create a heavenly snack. It’s seriously addicting!

0:11 - These are the ingredients you’ll need for this homemade caramel popcorn recipe.
0:16 - Brown sugar.
0:20 - Toffee chips.
0:25 - Vanilla extract.
0:29 - Corn syrup.
0:34 - Baking soda.
0:38 - Salt.
0:43 - Butter.
0:47 - Popcorn.
0:56 - Melt the butter in a pan.
1:02 - Add in brown sugar.
1:06 - Add in salt.
1:10 - Add in corn syrup.
1:14 - Stir the ingredients well.
1:23 - Let boil without stirring.
1:29 - Stir.
1:35 - Add in vanilla extract.
1:40 - Sprinkle in baking soda.
1:45 - Stir well.
1:57 - Drizzle a little sauce on top of the popcorn.
2:03 - Fold in the sauce.
2:05 - Repeat the steps until all the sauce is gone.
2:09 - Place the popcorn on a lined cookie sheet.
2:23 - Sprinkle toffee chips on top.
2:29 - Place the popcorn in the oven.
2:38 - Give it a good stir.
