How To make Bailey's Bouillabaisse (Fish Stew)
1 ea Onion, large diced
2 c Celery, diced
3 ea Potatoes, small diced
3 c Boiling water
2 c Skimmed milk
1 1/2 lb Cod or flounder
2 c Broccoli, diced
2 c Cauliflower, diced
1 1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
1/2 t Marjoram
1/2 t Basil
Cook the onion, celery, and potatoes in the water for 10 minutes. Mix a little milk with the flour to form a soupy paste and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the flour mixture, stirring constantly. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

The ingredients:
- 2 kg fishbones
- 1 fennel
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 5 cloves of garlic.
- 10 grams of coriander seeds
- 3 pieces of star anise
- 0,01 grams of saffron
- 10 springs of coriander
- 3 dl olive oil
- 1 litre of chicken stock
- 0,5 litre of water
- A few little cubes off butter

There are hundreds and hundreds different recipes of this delicious dish. We would like to introduce you to a unique recipe which came from mysterious Bermuda - rich fish soup on the tomato base.
