How To make Baby Potatoes Coated with Almonds
3 lb Baby new potatoes
2 tb Almond oil
2 ea Jalapeno peppers, seeded &
-- minced 2 tb Grated ginger
1/2 c Powdered almonds*
2 tb Cilantro, minced
Salt & pepper Lemon juice Steam potatoes till just tender, about 15 minutes. Set them aside. Combine oil, peppers, ginger, almonds & cilantro in a large bowl. Add potatoes & toss till well coated. Season with salt & pepper & sprinkle with lemon juice. Spear potatoes with cocktail sticks; arrange on a platter. Serve hot, or keep warm in a 250F oven for up to 30 minutes. *To powder almonds, place blanched almonds in a food processor & pulese until they are reduced to a powder.

Masala Baby Potatoes Thanksgiving Recipe

1 kg or 6 cup baby potatoes
6tsp red chilly powder
4 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder - roasted 1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp oil 1 tsp. Salt + salt to taste.

How to Make Roasted Garlic and Rosemary ALDI'S Medley Potatoes
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound bag of medley potatoes - I purchased mine at Aldi's
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced garlic plus cloves if you wish to add
1 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
1 tsp. minced fresh thyme
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Sprigs of rosemary
Springs of thyme
Bake 400 degrees Farenheit for 30 minutes. Give the potatoes a toss half way.
Cayenne pepper - optional

How To Make Crunchy Crispy Roasted Potatoes | HD Cooking Video
Today I am making extra crunchy roasted potatoes using Kenji Lopez Alt's method from Serious Eats Food Lab. This method has not disappointed me once and definitely delivers the crunchy texture most look for in a crispy roasted potato.

INGREDIENTS
3 lbs (1.36 kg) Russet or Gold potatoes
2 1/2 quarts (2.37 L) water
1 oz (27 g) salt
1/2 tsp (3 g) baking soda
4 oz (125 mL) cooking oil or fat of your choice
1/4 cup (50 g) chopped onion
2 to 3 cloves chopped garlic
- If using peeled Russet potatoes, cut in to 2 to 3 inch large chunks
- Bring water to boil
- Add salt and baking soda to boiling water
- Then add potatoes
- Once water comes back up to a boil start ten minutes of boiling time
- Par-boil potatoes until knife tender
- Drain water from potatoes and rough up the exterior of potatoes
- In a small sauce pan add oil and heat on a medium heat
- Add chopped onions to oil and fry for one minute, then add oil and continue until onions and garlic are golden brown
- Remove oil from heat and sieve
- Coat par-boiled potatoes with oil and spead then out in a single layer on a large baking sheet
- Be sure to leave room between potatoes to ensure crispy crunchy edges
- Roast potatoes in a preheated oven @ 450 º F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Flipping them half way through roast time will aid in an even golden brown and crunchy exterior
- Once potatoes are done, garnish and add fresh or lightly dried herbs and serve

Today We're Making The Perfect Crispy Roasted Potatoes
The Perfect Crispy Roasted Potatoes ???????? Ramadan Series: Episode 6:)
Recipe:
*I’m using a whole bag of potatoes, if you’re using less - lower the amount of each seasoning & adjust as you’d like)
- 1 bag Baby potatoes
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- fresh or dried parsley (amount is up to you)
- 1 tbsp oregano
- minced garlic (amount is up to you)
- dash of cayenne
- extra garlic powder (optional)
- Cut& wash your potatoes & add to a pot of water, add a hefty pinch of salt (optional), and boil until fork tender
- Once your potatoes are ready, toss together with your oil & seasonings and add them to a prepared baking sheet & top with kosher salt
- Bake at 400°f for 30 min, take out of the oven, toss , then put them back in for another 30 min
Top with parsley and more kosher salt if you’d like :)
