How To make Asparagus Lasagne Bianco
5 lasagne noodles
(2" wide)
2 Cloves garlic :
minced
1/2 Tsp. thyme crushed
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/3 C. milk
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 C. julienne ham
1 can (15 oz.) asparagus spears :
drained
Cook noodles as directed on package; drain and cut in half crosswise. In saucepan, cook garlic and thyme in butter. Blend in flour; cook, stirring constantly. Stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Season sauce with salt and pepper. In buttered, 2 quart microwaveable dish, layer 1/3 of noodles, sauce, cheese, ham and asparagus. Repeat layers twice. In microwave, cover and cook on high 10 minutes, turning twice.

Is there anything better than garlicky roasted eggplant in the summer? I personally love eggplant and it’s one of my favourite vegetables. Beautifully caramelized, sweet, and so easy to make. This Roasted Garlic Eggplant with Yogurt Dip recipe can be used for spreads, or enjoyed on its own with refreshing yogurt dips. It is perfect to make on the grill or in the oven which is my preferred method. I hope you give this recipe a try and please let me know what you think in the comments or how you made it differently.
INGREDIENTS:
The Eggplant:
3 small eggplants cut in half mine were palm size
drizzle of olive oil for the eggplant + sprinkle of salt on each one
The Garlic Oil:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 minced garlic cloves depending on how garlicky you like it
2 basil leaves ripped, finely chopped, or sliced
The Yogurt Dip:
½ cup plain yogurt any you like
salt to taste
tablespoon of lemon juice or to taste
teaspoon of olive oil
tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill or 1/2 a teaspoon of dry dill weed

Lasagna facile e veloce ma buonissima!
Ingredienti:
pane carasau (una confezione)
1 porro medio
700 g asparagi verdi
750 g besciamella
lievito alimentare in scaglie (facoltativo)
sale
pepe
olio d’oliva
Per la besciamella:
60 g farina
60 g olio d'oliva
750 g latte di soia
sale, pepe, noce moscata

1 medium leek
700 g green asparagus
750 g besciamella sauce
nutritional yeast (optional)
salt
pepper
olive oil
For besciamella sauce:
60 g flour
60 g olive oil
750 g soy milk
salt, pepper, nutmeg

This easy Bechamelsauce recipe is the best if don't like the pack sauces from the supermarket or you rather want to prepare a béchamel sauce itself. In this recipe video Father and daughter preparing an asparagus dish.
White bechamel sauce ingredients:
50 g butter
50 g flour
500 ml milk
1 onion
1 bay leaf
3 cloves
25 ml cream
black pepper
white pepper
nutmeg.
Preparation instructions for Béchamel sauce:
Melt the butter in a pot.
Add the flour and sauté under stiring
Pour in the milk and stir to make a sauce.
Peel the onion and cut into slices.
Add the onion, the bay leaf and the cloves in the sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
Separate the onions, bay leaf and cloves from the sauce with a sieve.
Season the sauce to taste with cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

500g (circa )di asparagi freschi
(olio evo, sale a piacere e mezzo bicchiere di acqua per la cottura)
500ml di besciamella
250g di sfoglia fresca per lasagne
250g di mozzarella a dadini
100g di prosciutto cotto
30g di formaggio grattugiato
I⃣ N⃣ G⃣ R⃣ E⃣ D⃣ I⃣ E⃣ N⃣ T⃣ S⃣
500g (approximately) of fresh asparagus
(extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste and half a glass of water for cooking)
500ml of bechamel
250g of fresh lasagna sheet
250g diced mozzarella
100g of cooked ham
30g of grated cheese

La cosa più lunga sarà quella di lessare gli asparagi! Il resto sono tutti ingredienti che andranno a comporre la lasagna: prosciutto cotto, parmigiano e scamorza affumicata.
