How To make Asian Noodle Stir Fry
1 lb Cellophane noodles
1 tb Peanut oil
1 lb Fresh mushrooms
10 oz Spinach, chopped
1 ea Lg red pepper, cut in strips
1 ea Medium onion, diced
2 ea Zucchini, cut in strips
2 ts Minced garlic
2 tb Soy sauce
1/4 c Chicken broth
1/2 c Thai peanut sauce
Prepare noodles according to package directions (cook 4-6 minutes, or to taste); set aside. In large
skillet or wok heat oil on medium heat until sizzling. Add mushrooms, spinach, bell pepper, zucchini, onion and garlic, and stir fry 3-4 minutes. Add soy sauce, sugar, chicken broth and noodles. Toss gently and heat through (approximately 1 minute). Immediately before serving pour your peanut sauce over top. Purchase Thai Peanut Sauce in oriental section of your grocery or at oriental market.

Just know that this soy sauce noodles with chicken recipe is really easy and fast to recreate :) These noodles taste best when hot so try not to leave them out for too long before serving. Here’s how to make Beef Udon Stir Fry Noodle for a quick Dinner better than Chinese food take out.
Ingredients:
3 packs of udon noodles
1 pound sirloin steak
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup bean sprouts
2 oz green onions
3 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1½ tbsp. thick soy sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
1½ tbsp. brown sugar
instructions:
Cube sirloin steak and add 1½ tbsp. thick soy sauce, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, salt and pepper.
In large wok or pan heat up 2 tbsp. sesame oil to medium high heat add garlic and marinated steak.
Cook for 2-3 minutes to medium rare or medium depending on your preference.
Scoop out cooked steak and set it aside.
Add onions and mushrooms to wok and cook for 2-3 minutes and then add udon noodles.
Drizzle remaining sesame oil, thick soy sauce, soy sauce, add oyster sauce and brown sugar.
Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes until noodles start to soften and absorb all the sauce.
Add bean sprouts and green onions and cook for another 2 minutes before lastly adding back in the steak and cooking for another minute
