This was made last year, now we dont melt coconut butter in the microwave, we put it in a small bowl then put that in a larger bowl that was filled with hot water,,thats how we melt the coconut butter...thank you..

Recipe: CRUMB MIXTURE
1 CUP WALNUTS (FINELY GROUND)
1/2 CUP HONEY
1 3/4 WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1/2 TSP SALT
1 1/2 CUP QUICK OATS
MIX AND PAT 1/2 OF THE MIXTURE INTO A 13X9 SPRAYED WITH PAM.
FILLING
2 1/2 CUP RAISINS GROUND
1 CUP DATES GROUND
1/4 CUP HONEY
2 T. ARROWROOT
3/4 CUP WATER OR JUICE
3 TBSP LEMON JUICE
COOK OVER MED HEAT UNTIL THICK ABOUT 5 MINUTES. COOL SPREAD OVER CRUMB MIXTURE. SPRINKLE REMAINING CRUMB MIXTURE OVER FILLING AND PAT LIGHTLY. BAKE 350 FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN.
