How To make Apricot Cheese Pie
1 1/4 c Quick oats
1/4 c Melted butter or margarine
1/4 t Cinnamon
1/8 t Ground nutmeg
1 c Cottage cheese
1 pk 8 oz. reduced calorie cream
3 ea Eggs
1/2 c Sliced dates
1/2 c Pineapple juice
1 t Vanilla extract
1 t Grated orange zest (peel)
3/4 t Cornstarch
1 cn 16 oz. apricot halves,draine
Combine oats,butter,cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg in a small bowl.Press mixture onto bottom and up sides of a 9" pie plate. Bake at 425 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes,until lightly browned. Meanwhile,combine cottage cheese and cream cheese,eggs,dates, 1/3 cup pineapple juice,vanilla extract,orange zest and remaining nutmeg in a food processor or blender.Blend until well mixed. Pour into cooled crust and bake @ 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until filling is set.Chill at least one hour. Combine remaining pineapple juice and cornstarch in a small saucepan.Heat to boiling.Boil 1 minute,stirring constantly,until thickened and clear.Arrange drained apricot halves on top of cheese filling and spoon pineapple glaze,evenly,over apricots. Refrigerate until glaze is set.Makes 8 servings.

Salt - 1 g.
Unsalted butter (cold) - 140 g.
Granulated sugar - 2 tsp
Sour cream - 90 g.
2:22 - Apricot pie filling
Pitted apricots - 600 g
Cornstarch - 25 g
Granulated sugar - 60 g
1 egg yolk for brushing pie crust
1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon for dusting
Notes:
- Pan size - 20x3 cm.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°С) for 40-45 minutes.

Hey Friends!! Today I wanted to show you how to make this incredible Apricot Pie. Whats so spectacular about it is that it is made with a puff pastry dough which is super flaky and delicious. Also this pie is drizzled with a creamy filling on top of the apricots which really enhances the flavor! This Apricot fruit pie is just loaded with so many different flavors and textures that it will just blow your taste buds away!!

Ingredients:
1 Package puff pastry dough defrosted
2 pounds apricots
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
Creamy Filling:
4 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/3 cup brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Place the apricots into simmering water for a few minutes until the skins are able to be peeled off.
Peel and remove the pit from the apricots and place them in a bowl with the sugar, cornstarch and flour.
Place your first puff bastry sheet thats been slightly rolled out to fit the pan and fill it with the apricot mixture.
Top it with the second sheet on pastry dough and brush it lightly with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake this on a very hot preheated oven that's 450 Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes until top is crisp and golden brown.

23cm round springform tin with baking paper
250g sweet biscuit crushed
125g butter melted
approx 405ml can apricot nectar
2 table sp gelatine
750g creamed cheese softened to room temp
1 cup caster sugar
2 table sp lemon juice
500ml thickened cream whipped
topping
405ml apricot nectar
2 table sp sugar
6 tea sp cornflour
large can apricot halves in juice
i would serve this cut in thin slice place on plate on its side add more cream to the top and drizzle more slivered almonds over the top...the cream helps cut throu the sweetness of the cheesecake.

75g butter melted
1/2 of a 405 ml can apricot nectar
1 table sp gelatine
375g cream cheese softened
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 table sp lemon juice
250ml thickened cream whipped

1/2 of a 405ml can apricot nectar
1 table sp sugar
3 tea sp cornflour
1 large can apricot halves in juice
slice into 8 serves add a little cream to the side of slice sprinkle extra slivered almonds they really make it awesome.
