1 c Bisquick
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 c Milk
1 Egg
1/2 c Chopped pared apple

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of butter
1 8oz package skinless sausage links
2 cups apples (chopped and peeled)
½ of an onion (chopped)
½ cup brown sugar
2 cups pancake mix
1 ½ cups water
1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
½-3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions:
Sauté sausage in melted butter and mash with a potato masher till browned
Add onion and sauté till clear
Add apples and cook 2-3 minutes
Add brown sugar till blended
Prep 8 ½” by 11” cake pan by spraying with Pam
Pour sausage mixture into pan
Mix water, spices, and pancake mix
Pour over sausage mixture
Preheat oven 375 degrees
Bake 30-40 minutes
Sprinkle with cheese and broil for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted
Serve with warm syrup or just the way it is

This puff pastry recipe, topped with brown sugar banana sauce, makes for either a puff pastry dessert or breakfast, whichever you choose. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees for this oven pancake. In the oven, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a 12-inch ovenproof skillet for three to five minutes. While that's melting, beat four eggs in a medium bowl with a whisk until they're smooth. Add to this pancake recipe 2/3 cup of flour, 2/3 cup of milk, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Beat until everything it's smooth, then pour it immediately into the skillet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
