⅓ cup (80 g) applesauce (or 1 mashed banana)
1 cup (90 g) oats (gluten-free if needed)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
¼ cup (36 g) raisins
1 cup (240 g) dairy-free milk
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 (200 g) apple chopped

How to make this yummy, healthy breakfast:
Ingredients2 cups rolled oats 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp chopped pecans 1/4 cup raisins 2 cups diced apples (I used Granny Smith) 3 eggs 2 cups fat-free milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 3 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend (or 1/3 cup light brown sugar) 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg - See more at:
InstructionsPreheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease an 8-by-8-inch baking dish and set aside. In a small bowl filled with hot water, allow raisins to soak for about 5 minutes until nice and plump. In a large bowl, mix together oats, baking powder and salt. Stir in apples, pecans and raisins, then set aside. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour over dry mixture and gently stir to combine. Pour everything into greased dish and bake for about 1 hour, until golden brown. Serve and enjoy! - See more at:

CINNAMON APPLE BAKED OATMEAL

Ingredients:
2-3 apples, chopped (honey crisp and Granny Smith)
2 cups unsweetened soy milk
1/4 cup almond butter
2 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup chopped walnuts
Add two scoops of plant-based protein powder for a high protein breakfast, if desired.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Serve with unsweetened almond or soy yogurt (the apples are sweet enough and you don’t need more sweetness in your yogurt). Enjoy

Sometimes I forget to make overnight oats and that’s when I make my cinnamon apple oatmeal. You’ll need just a few ingredients to make this oatmeal. I love adding fruit as it really bulks up my breakfast. I use Sukrin brown sugar almost every day in some way...and it’s zero points.
